Train, mentors and oversees work/projects of Maintenance Technicians I and IIs. Conduct apartment Preventative Maintenance (PM). Inspect community's grounds and buildings on a daily basis to identify maintenance needs. Maintain Incident and Injury Free safety culture by following all AVB safety policies and procedures Perform Hot Works, when applicable, including brazing, soldering, and welding within AVB Standards. The Retail Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the retail store. This role ensures that equipment, fixtures, and the facility are in proper working order, supporting smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the store's electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
