The Trust Concierge Team provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems for an affluent client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Resolves problems and errors and processes routine customer service requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements is being met and risk is being monitored within designated authority levels.
This position is generally the first point of contact for clients being serviced by an administrative team. This position also performs wire callbacks to prevent fraud and assure wire accuracy. This duty is performed for WM Banking and Trust departments. The department also audits Medallion Signature Guarantee requests and applies them as needed. This duty requires the agent to work in office for a week at a time approximately every 4-5 weeks otherwise this position is home-based.

- Thorough knowledge of agricultural credit, accounting, credit policy and financial statement analysis
- Proficient analytical skills related to reviewing various forms of asset collateral documentation
- Well-developed ability to analyze credit decisions, including consumer, commercial, real estate and international finance
- Strong management, organizational and leadership skills
- Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Two to four years of leadership experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
