Role Overview
We have an exciting high visibility opportunity within our Marketing, Analytics & Customer Experience (MACX) organization supporting our Enterprise Analytics & Insights team. This Visualization Analyst will support our Enterprise Analytics and Insights team.
This data analytics professional will lead, strategize, execute, and optimize company efforts, leveraging data and insights to drive enterprise growth and effectively communicate with target audiences; analyze data and insights to evaluate business performance, drive growth, and inform strategic decision-making.
This individual will oversee data analysis and visualization of customer, product, channel, acquisition and attrition insights to generate actionable plans that support organizational decision making. This role oversees hands on analytics development, executive reporting, visualization and communications of key trends and insights.
This high-stakes role is centered on fulfilling data analytics needs for executive and C-suite, with direct responsibility and accountability for delivering actionable insights and strategic data analytics support.
The individual will be tasked with building analytical capabilities, including developing reports, predictive models, segmentation frameworks, and predictive models. In addition, the leader will oversee a team of analysts that build Executive Insights, Attrition Analysis etc. and help our internal clients understand trends.
This includes key partnerships with multiple business lines and functions such as Consumer banking, Business banking, Corporate and Institutional banking, & Wealth to manage data analytic projects.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Insights
* Act as SME for data visualization and power BI in the team
* Lead end-to-end analytics across the enterprise insights team, leveraging data insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
* Identify and implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive business decision-making and operational efficiencies
* Utilize tools like SAS, SQL, Python, R, or other analytical software to analyze and interpret data
* Apply statistical methods to analyze data and derive meaningful insights

Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics using power BI, or a related field, with a proven track record in banking, fintech, or financial services.
* Master's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
* Power BI certification (microsoft power BI certification) preferred.
* Deep expertise in data visualization and analytics, predictive modeling, power BI and power point presentations.
* Experience with Azure Synapse and Databricks.
* Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending, payments, and financial services for small to mid-sized businesses.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
* Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
