Job Description * Develop and implement a comprehensive digital & growth marketing strategy: Define and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives measurable growth and customer engagement across all owned and paid channels. This includes corporate websites, resource centers, landing pages, social media, and integrated paid media campaigns. * Oversee digital channel optimization and content creation: Lead the optimization of all owned digital properties to ensure a seamless user experience, strong SEO performance, and effective lead generation. Manage content creation, technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and multivariate/A/B testing. * Drive marketing operations and lead lifecycle management: Define and maintain lead lifecycle stages and processes. Oversee campaign operations including build, QA, and deployment. Manage routing rules and SLAs with Sales Operations, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. Ensure effective budget management across initiatives. * Lead paid media and agency management: Develop integrated media strategy and planning to align with business priorities. Oversee performance activation and optimization across paid channels (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, display, retargeting). Maintain a test-and-learn roadmap and manage agency relationships for accountability, quality, and cost efficiency. * Monitor, analyze, and report on performance: Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI. Implement attribution models to measure marketing impact. Deliver insights for quarterly business reviews and budget decisions, partnering with Martech, Finance, and Sales Ops for unified reporting. * Ensure data governance and compliance: Maintain data quality standards across marketing systems. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and consent frameworks. Manage identity resolution and audience segmentation in CRM, and define taxonomy for campaigns, UTMs, and reporting. * Stay ahead of industry trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within B2B and payments landscapes. This includes producing credit card delinquency and loss forecasts by portfolio segments and providing analytical insights to senior management.
