Working remotely has been good for my entire 7 1/2 years there. Pre-pandemic we traveled to meet in locations once or relive a year and had other outings for customers which were great too. That all ended in 2020.

They will tie your performance to being in the office 3 or more days and then they will reward you with 1% salary increase
Nothing. They literally are ruining peoples lives by forcing RTO
Allow work from home to continue and give better increases. Need better benefits.
Upper management is out of touch with reality. They are old white men trying to force old ways of doing things.
It’s low and the yearly raises are a joke. They don’t keep up with inflation.
Diverse by offshoring jobs to India.
I used to be happy working here but with the way they force things it’s unrealistic to be happy working at the USBank

Feel stuck. Any move within this particular department is lateral only. Relocation seems necessary if I want better. Current position doesn't pay enough.
