Pros of working at U.S. Bank

Working remotely has been good for my entire 7 1/2 years there. Pre-pandemic we traveled to meet in locations once or relive a year and had other outings for customers which were great too. That all ended in 2020.

They will tie your performance to being in the office 3 or more days and then they will reward you with 1% salary increase

The people are knowledgeable & friendly. Lot's of information and training literally at your finger tips. Flex time, & the ability to purchase an extra week of vacation time from the very start. Annual bonus is based on office production.

Cons of working at U.S. Bank

Feel stuck. Any move within this particular department is lateral only. Relocation seems necessary if I want better. Current position doesn't pay enough.
