Job Description
This role is responsible for gathering, maintaining, and reporting Province data within a cloud-based database. Responsibilities will include additional projects throughout the calendar year.
Essential job functions:
Act as point of contact for all Salesforce database activities.
Heavy utilization of Salesforce database.
Update data including running queries and reports daily, quarterly, and/or annually.
Maintain the Annual Jesuits Catalog including but not limited to; initiating province-wide changes/updates, run and review catalog proofs, verify catalog statistics, solicit orders, and support catalog distribution.
Facilitate monthly newsletter input.
Perform and communicate all data requests in a timely manner.
Participate in Salesforce trainings, internally and externally.
Train all new personnel on the Salesforce database.
Spearhead special projects including, Annual Jesuit Yearbook activities, Safe Environment activities, and Praesidium accreditation and re-accreditation support.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years' Salesforce experience required
3-5 years' Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Forms experience required
Knowledge of Formstack software preferred
Knowledge of Catholic faith principles preferred but not required

Job Description
Responsible to protect, sustain, and nurture our Jesuit residents by providing assistance with activities of daily living, and meeting other needs as required.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recognize and respond to the needs of Jesuit Residents.
Promote autonomy of Jesuit Residents in decision-making.
Report changes in the Jesuit Residents condition to Nurse.
Observe, report & provide skin care and the presence of pressure areas to prevent decubitus.
Make occupied and unoccupied beds and change bed linens.
Assist moving, positioning and transporting Jesuit Residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
Assist Jesuit Residents with personal care functions, including:
Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming

Assure that call lights are answered promptly.
Communicate with co-workers at all levels to adequately meet the needs of Jesuit Residents. Assist to and from activities and special events as needed.
Reports to nurse at end of each shift to discuss Jesuit Residents' needs and progress in identifying and correcting problems.
Report accidents and incidents when they occur.
Obtain and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, height, etc. as directed
Report any resident abuse or suspected abuse to the nurse immediately.
Assist with the application of slings, elastic bandages, binders, etc. as needed
Follow established safety precautions and observe, monitor, intervene or report to the nurse any unsafe conditions.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of Jesuit Residents.
Prepare, serve and clean up after meals and snacks.
Launder clothing, linen and other articles as needed.
Perform routine housekeeping duties to include cleaning all resident living environments.
Updates job knowledge by identifying and participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances the Fusz Pavilion community by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Performs related special projects and duties as requested from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from a Nursing Assistant or Aide Training Program.
Physical requirements of this job include routine bending, lifting in excess of 50 pounds, positioning of residents on the nursing unit and pushing equipment. Other criteria include the ability to make quick effective physical responses to nursing home emergencies including (but not limited to) falls and emergency evacuation; the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress of the position; the ability to function independently; the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies; the ability to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility. Exposure to blood and body fluids is likely.
Work schedule is 2:15pm-10:45pm off every other weekend OR 10:30pm-7:30am, off every other weekend

The Personal Trust Administration Officer II administers simple to complex trust accounts in accordance with the terms of the trust document and all applicable laws.
What We're Looking For
* Develop relationships with clients through frequent contact via telephone, email, or in writing. Communicate with FAs, attorneys, and CPAs regarding client needs.
* Review trusts to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and fiduciary responsibility.
* Interpret document to ensure appropriate administration of trusts; make sure files are complete for annual audit by federal and state examiners under Regulation 9 laws and guidelines.
* Review and report account status annually; consult with supervisor to clarify ambiguous terms or provisions of the document.
* Coordinate, monitor and execute post-death provisions with appropriate areas of trust company. . Review the trust for the dispositive provisions and notify remaindermen. Coordinate with attorney, CPA and personal representative the closing of the estate and the preparation of a 706 to determine each party's responsibility. Review estate assets and coordinate the disposition under minimal supervision with the attorney, personal representative and remaindermen. Review estate tax return (706) and order of distribution. Coordinate the transfer of assets from the estate to the trust (where applicable) or out of the trust per the dispositive provisions.
* Review Court Accountings under minimal supervision and upon approval, file with the appropriate Court or Court Referee.
* Review work of Trust Associate assigned to help with account administration for accuracy and bring any issues to manager's attention.
* Monitor trust activity; approve, coordinate and supervise the establishment of the account with the trust company including, coordination and monitoring of transferred assets, correct statement recipients, collecting cost basis information, approving account on system, approving fee schedule set-up, etc.
* Review daily account activity; establish recurring bill payments and client disbursements, keep client and FA apprised of any unusual activity in the account, monitor the yearly gift from the client to insurance trusts for payment of premiums. and revalue charitable trusts on an annual basis to ensure payments are going to the beneficiaries per the trust provisions.

* Understand and comply with all regulations, including 12CFR9, Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.

What You'll Be Doing
The Wire Transfer Associate will specialize in wire transfers including outgoing, incoming, domestic and international transfers. Other responsibilities include customer service, wire processing, reconcilements, research, trouble shooting, and vendor relations. Understand the risk involved in wire transfers and applicable rules and regulations for both consumer and business wires
Assist in gathering wire data for the annual wire audit and risk assessments
Assist in projects to improve daily functions, including creating improved workflows, process improvements, and system testing
Prove and reconcile multiple internal accounts daily, including a master daily balance proof
Assist banking centers, other associates and customers with questions regarding wires
Review wires for OFAC and send to compliance for approval
Monitor transactions and activity for fraud

What You'll Be Doing
The Third-Party Cyber Risk Analyst performs comprehensive third-party risk assessments, focusing on data security, regulatory compliance and emerging AI use risks. This includes reviewing DDQs, SOC reports, AI governance disclosures, vendor security reports, and supporting documentation from vendors and service providers. The Third-Party Cyber Risk Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization data by ensuring third-party partners have implemented sufficient data protection safeguards. Ideal candidate thinks strategically and is intellectually curious. The Third-Party Cyber Risk Analyst will be expected to help refine the risk program.
What We're Looking For
* Evaluate third-party cybersecurity posture using DDQs, SOC 2 Type II reports, ISO certifications, penetration test results, and AI usage documentation.• Assess AI models used by third parties for privacy, security, and compliance risks (e.g., data training, model outputs, governance).• Identify gaps in vendor controls and recommend mitigations or compensating controls.• Advise on residual risk and escalation paths for critical or high-risk vendors.• Assist with defining third-party security standards and playbooks.• Collaborate with legal, compliance, procurement, and enterprise risk management teams.• Maintain and update third-party risk assessment templates to include AI and emerging technology risks.• Track and report risk status, remediation plans, and residual risk acceptance.• Contribute to continuous improvement of the third-party risk management (TPRM) framework.• Create third-party cyber risk posture reports and metrics.• Must handle highly sensitive information with discretion and objectivity.• May be required to participate in third-party incident response after hours or on short notice.
What You'll Bring
* Strong understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, contractual cybersecurity clauses, and regulatory expectations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GLBA).• Working knowledge of AI governance data security issues, and compliance risks (e.g., data governance, shadow AI).• Experience reviewing security questionnaires, due diligence documentation, and audit reports.• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Education & Experience
* Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.• Minimum Required: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, third-party risk, or IT audit.
Licenses & Credentials
* Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CTPRP, or vendor risk-specific credentials preferred.
Systems & Technology
* Experience with third-party risk platforms e.g. Archer, OneTrust, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow TPRM, etc.• Understanding of emerging AI risk frameworks e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act.

The Private Bank Credit Analyst I is responsible for supporting the origination underwriting, structuring, and ongoing management of credit facilities for ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs. What You'll Be Doing
Under general supervision, the IT Service Desk Associate has primary responsibilities as the first point of contact in IT. Through multiple channels, the Analyst accurately logs and manages requests, incidents, and problems, assessing the services and customers impacted and the urgency for resolution.
