Full-time Description
The Senior Support Specialist role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help/technical requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. This role will also be the point of escalation for IT related issues.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide escalated technical support with the IT department
Train junior level staff members
Create proficient documentation and Standard Operating Procedures
Train end users on technology solutions deployed
Manage call recording stations for end users
Monitor Identity Access Management for enrollments and logging
Access firewalls to verify end user data connectivity
Finalize On-Boarding and Off-Boarding process
Manage and administer Service Desk platform
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Alert management to emerging trends in incidents.
Assist in software releases and rollouts and communication to the end users according to the company's Change Management policies and procedures.
Field incoming requests to the Service Desk via telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.
Build rapport and elicit problem details from external and internal customers.
Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problem (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) resources on the Internet/Intranet to aid in problem resolution, in collaboration with System Administrator.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
Monitor desktops and laptops for vulnerability irregularities.
Perform security vulnerability remediation monthly.
Assist in configuring and deploying infrastructure equipment.
Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved.
Perform post-resolution follow ups to help requests.
Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users.
Reinforce SLAs (Service Level Agreement) to manage end-user expectations.
Perform other duties as needed by the Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred.
A+, Net + certifications

Summary: This position independently analyzes and underwrites credit requests for prospects and customers of all commercial lending divisions. This position also provides analysis for credit risk trends as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete financial analysis and investigation on both corporate & personal borrowers and guarantors for the evaluation of credit risks & viability associated with all types of new commercial loan requests. This process involves many tasks including, but not limited to pulling Credit Reports, personal and UCC searches, verifying tax returns and bank/trade references, analyzing and spreading financial statements, peer & industry comparisons, research activities, reviewing project budgets and leases, preparation of business, project and personal cash flows, customer and on-site visits, establish loan & financial covenants, loan structuring, assignment of proper loan risk rates, and identifying loan & documentation policy exceptions.
Analyze and underwrite new and renewed loan requests within the departmental turnaround guidelines. Specific responsiveness should be paid to determine cash flow and policy underwriting issues that are to be cleared first.
Evaluate the requested deal structure and independently determine the appropriateness of terms presented to determine the viability of the request. If terms are not acceptable determine alternative structures, if possible, before automatically turning down the deal. Discuss the deal structure, cash flow, collateral, and customer character with the relationship manager
Meet with customers with the RMs on complicated domestic loans to ensure direct communication of all financial trends and terms requested, as well as, industry and other economic trends impacting the borrower.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of working capital analysis and global cash flow.
Understand lendable net worth and provide a paper trail to document valuation conclusions.
Perform third-party validation of credit through online research, industry research, property searches, asset searches, and other available databases.
Determine adequacy of collateral presented through an understanding of appraisals for real estate and other tangible collateral, as well as, marketability of other collateral such as inventory and receivables.
Interact with accountants or financial professionals as needed to assist in the underwriting and closing process.
Complete annual financial statement reviews on any loans assigned. Assess borrowing base and loan covenant compliance on all loans assigned.
Perform site inspections for all domestic loans assigned for underwriting, annual reviews, or all other, loans assigned.
Participate and assist as needed in the Bank's ALLL analysis and credit stress testing.
Provide assistance as needed in loan reviews, annual credit process audits, and/or regulatory reviews.

Serves as a trusted legal advisor to the Company, providing comprehensive legal support across a wide range of matters including corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, lending and other business operations. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary, this role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while supporting the Bank's mission of servicing the community with integrity and excellence. This is a hands-on, generalist in-house position ideal for an attorney with strong business judgement, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of financial services operations.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These sections intend to describe the general nature of work performed by the Corporate Counsel. Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on a needed basis. The incumbent is expected to perform these duties independently and seek supervisor support when additional guidance is needed.
Corporate Registered Agent and Service of Process: The Corporate Counsel provides legal support to the Companies to ensure all business and operational activities are conducted in accordance with the Company's articles of incorporation and by-laws. Is designated registered agent for U.S. Century Bank and its affiliated entities, including the Florida Peninsula Title Company and USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. Oversees all notices and ensure that any legal and statutory matter is handled appropriately. Is responsible for filing the annual reports required by the State of Florida, as well as supporting management in conducting annual shareholder meetings and other corporate obligations. Responsible for handling service of process for the Companies, providing guidance to support staff and/or preparing official responses for subpoenas, writs of garnishment, tax liens/levies, notices of hold/freeze, summons, legal complaints, court orders and litigation-related documents. Maintain accurate and complete records of service of process in a log for proper audit trail. Ensure service of process is compliant with internal policies and procedures, and in compliance with Right to Financial Privacy Act.
Legal Support for Corporate and Related Party Transactions: When the Bank seeks to engage in corporate and related party transactions, the Corporate Counsel will analyze the transaction to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies and compliance standards, including but not limited to Regulations L, O, or W, Nasdaq, SEC or other covenant requirements. Review of corporate and related party transactions to ensure also adherence with the Company's conflict of interest, ethics and other corporate policies. Monitors changes to laws, rules and regulations to ensure corporate policies and procedures remain compliant.
Contract Support and Oversight: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor, technology, service, and confidentiality agreements. As a part of this process, review all terms and conditions, make recommendations following applicable internal policies and procedures. For contracts that require advice from outside counsel, the Corporate Counsel will recommend selection of law firms and collaborate as liaison for engagements, as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the full life cycle of contract and significant contract events, e.g. expirations, extensions, renewals, breaches, terminations, and vendor performance. Review, draft, negotiate confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain centralized and complete records for contracts, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
Legal Support for Corporate Governance Activities: Support corporate governance activities, including preparing and/or reviewing minutes for Board and Committee meetings, drafting resolutions, drafting certifications and/or attestation documents for directors and officers, drafting special memos, administering corporate governance portal, maintaining corporate records and assisting with board materials.
Minutes: Drafting Board and Committee minutes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely presentation for review and approval. Ensure all approved minutes are made a part of the corporate records and published in the corporate governance portal. Support auditor requests for access to minutes and other corporate records, following established policies and procedures.
Resolutions, Policy and Charter Approvals: Drafting resolutions to reflect decisions of the Board or Committees. Ensure resolutions are made a part of corporate records of the Bank and published in the corporate governance portal. Responsible for communicating internal stakeholders of resolutions and Board approvals, as appropriate.
Legal Management Reports: Responsible for preparing executive summaries on current ongoing litigation matters, related-party transactions, insider trading transactions, and other items of legal significance for presentation to the Board of Directors and/or relevant Committee(s).
Handling Request for Corporate Records and Inquiries: Assists with response to regulatory and examination inquiries concerning corporate and legal matters. Assist with response to auditor and examination request for minutes and other corporate records, following established policies and procedures.
Outsourcing of Legal Services: Support the Division head with outsourcing of specialized legal services. Legal liaison for outsourcings, assisting with the vetting and selection of law firms, coordinating engagement and ensuring cost-effective and efficient representation. Assist with review of invoices and expense tracking for legal outsourcings. Ensure all law firms retained for legal support are presented for Board of Directors approval and/or ratification annually. Ensure outsourcing of legal support is done following vendor due diligence requirements.
Regulatory Compliance for Banking Products and Services: Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to federal and state banking law and regulations. Advise management and business units on legal and regulatory issues related to banking operations, lending, and consumer products. Reviewing terms and conditions for products and services, researching applicable laws and regulations to provide guidance and legal support, as needed. Supports with interpretative guidance on federal, statutory and regulatory compliance developments. Assists with drafting of official letters and correspondence for state and/or federal regulators.
Other Duties: Supports the Division head with development and/or review of internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal and compliance risks, to ensure efficient and effective management of corporate and legal affairs. Assists with special projects, audits, regulatory examinations, business, corporate, compliance, risk management and other initiatives that may be assigned.
Backup Duties: Designated back up to the Corporate Secretary, Administrative Corporate Secretary and Corporate Paralegal, by performing essential duties to ensure the continuity of corporate governance and legal affairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Responsibilities: Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Act as a liaison between the Chief Risk Officer and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Manages communications, including drafting correspondence and requests for approvals.
Support to Legal Service of Process and Litigation: Review, process, and respond to subpoenas, writs of garnishment, tax liens/levies, notices of hold/freeze, summons, legal complaints, court orders and litigation-related documents in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage document production for service of process, litigation, court and/or regulatory inquiries. Uses technology solutions to perform duties, including document management, core banking systems, eDiscovery, secured file transfer, among others. Maintains accurate and complete records of service of process for audit trail. Manages and tracks legal matters to ensure timely disposition of official response. Ensure service of process is compliant with internal policies and procedures, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Support to Corporate Governance Activities: Support corporate governance functions, including preparing and/or reviewing minutes for Board and/or Committee meetings, drafting resolutions, certification, attestation documents, special memos, administering corporate governance portal and the corporate whistleblower portal. Supports the maintenance of complete and accurate corporate records. Assists with annual entity filings and state registration requirements. Coordinates notarization of corporate resolutions, attestations and other corporate documents.
General Support to Legal Affairs: Assists the Supervisor in drafting official correspondence for external or internal stakeholders. Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to statutory and federal legal requirements applicable to the Companies. Works closely with Supervisor, collaborates with Corporate Counsel and business areas to identify and mitigate legal risks. Provides support on special legal projects and initiatives.
General Support to Regulatory Affairs: Assists the Supervisor in drafting official correspondence for state and federal regulators. Conduct regulatory research and summarize findings related to banking, consumer compliance, contract and business law. Works closely with Supervisor, collaborates with Corporate Counsel and business areas to identify and mitigate regulatory risks. Provides support on special regulatory projects and initiatives.

Assist with preparation of management reports to facilitate the effective tracking and oversight of corporate and legal matters Assists with special projects and initiatives that may be assigned.
Support to Contract Administration: Assists with the preparation, review, risk scoring, and general recordkeeping of contracts. Assists in the maintenance of centralized records for NDA and other contracts. Support with distribution of contracts for eSignatures (Docusign).
Backup Duties: Serves as designated backup to the Corporate Secretary and Administrative Corporate Secretary, performing essential duties to ensure continuity of corporate governance and legal affairs during vacations and/or personal sick days.

+ Facilitate discussions, requirements workshops, and feedback sessions with associates and stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and enhances the experience for our clients
+ Develop use cases, user stories, and business process documents to guide system enhancements or new feature deployments
+ Support testing activities, including test case creation, system validation, and user acceptance testing for nCino updates
+ Assist with change management, training, and documentation to support successful system adoption by associates
+ Monitor platform performance and generate reports to track key metrics, user adoption, and issue resolution
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry
+ Prior experience working with nCino, Salesforce, or other digital lending systems is strongly preferred
+ Solid understanding of commercial or consumer lending operations, regulatory considerations, and client experience best practices
+ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Proficiency with requirements documentation, workflow mapping, and data analysis tools
+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus

The Senior Support Specialist role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks.
