Being afforded the opportunity to manage my own work within the parameters, federal drug laws, and DEA's policy and procedure. Working with a vast number of outside agencies (federal/state/local), including foreign counterparts.
Flexibility. My work hours have flexibility built in. Most days are 830-5, but there are some late morning starts, and evening work as well. All are case work related.
