To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include: * Experience reviewing and making recommendations in the selection process for awarding grants. * Experience resolving federal grant implementation issues OR administering grant programs and project facilitation in a State or local agency. * Experience developing, interpreting, and implementing grant program policies and procedures for internal organizational entities, other federal agencies, and/or affected stakeholders.
