1st Weekend Shifts 4:00am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

Work Environment
This job operates in a petrochechemical / refinery environment. Exposure to cold working conditions during

Heavy Equipment Operator
Summary/Objective
The Heavy Equipment Operator will safely operate a variety of heavy machinery to support field operations for Tasman projects. This role is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and operating equipment in compliance with safety standards. It may start as a temporary position with potential for full-time employment.
Duties/Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as front loaders, trackhoes, backhoe, and mini excavators to support field operations.
Inspect large equipment before and after use to ensure proper functionality.
Load, unload, and move materials to appropriate storage or work areas.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as necessary.
Report needs for larger repairs or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Support site activities and assist crews as needed to ensure project success.
Required Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of proper operation and safety standards for heavy equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in outdoor field settings, often on construction or industrial sites. Work may be performed in various weather conditions and around heavy machinery.
Physical Requirements:
Medium - up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operation of heavy equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard work hours vary based on project schedules; overtime may be required. Position begins as temporary with potential for full-time employment.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
Preferred Education & Experience
Oil and gas industry experience.
Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Employee must be authorized to work in the United States and must possess a valid driver's license.

Arc One Services LLC is actively hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with 2-3 years of experience operating a Dozer, Mulcher, and Excavator in the construction field.
The applicant must have an active CDL Class A or B with OSHA 10hr or greater certificates and First Aid and Safety training. The applicant should also have experience utilizing a Skid Steer with a Mulch head for Clearing and operating excavators.
More experienced applicants will have two or more years of experience in the safe and efficient operation of skid steers, all-terrain forklifts, hydraulic excavators, Dozer, and wheeled front-end loaders with basic mechanic skills used to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Applicants are expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Lead operations and direct crew members.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to manufacturers' specifications.
• Rigging, hoisting, and spotting for equipment movement according to written, verbal, and/or signaled instructions.
• Soil leveling of ground manipulation for the transportation of equipment and materials.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently with the analytical ability to find solutions to challenging technical problems.
• Complete all job-related duties as instructed by the supervisor.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Tending and operating cement and concrete mixers, air compressors, generators, pumps, and many other types of power equipment may also be required.
In addition to operating heavy equipment, applicants will be expected to perform basic labor tasks. These labor tasks require extensive physical activity, including digging ditches and trenches with shovels and picks, backfilling excavations, lubricating and cleaning equipment, organizing construction materials and supplies, cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate rubble, debris, and any other hazards, along with many other physical tasks required on typical construction sites. The applicant may also be expected to safely operate hand and power tools of all types, including jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, concrete mixers, pneumatic tampers, etc.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience on Heavy Equipment in the construction industry.
• Self-motivated, willing to travel and available to work 7-days a week.
• Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor and very heavy work involving lifting objects weighing more than 100 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more; to include frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Comfortable working outdoors in high-stress environments with extreme weather fluctuations.
• Ability to work in confined and cluttered spaces.
• Capable of climbing and keeping balance on uneven areas.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license is required.
• Prior OSHA, First Aid, and/or Safety Training preferred.
Compensation:
• Base salary range based on the experience and qualifications of the individual.
