A brief description of the major duties includes:
* Provides oversight to graduate trainees and fulfills the administrative demands of accreditation compliance in accordance with the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC).
* Coordinates and manages the annual training calendar, including seminars and didactics schedules, supervisory assignments, and rotation schedules. Ensures that the training faculty are informed of all relevant timelines and deadlines related to intern recruitment and interviews, supervision, and evaluations.
* Prepares and submits required reports, evaluations, and program updates to APA and APPIC in collaboration with the Chief Psychologist and the Director of Social Services Division.
* Manages and updates the training program's policies, procedures, and manuals, keeping them aligned with current best practices and regulatory guidelines.
* Oversees the recruitment, selection, orientation, and evaluation of internship and externship candidates, including publicizing openings, managing application materials, scheduling intern/extern interviews, conducting information sessions, and facilitating candidate communications.
* Ensures that biannual evaluations reflect specific competencies related to the program's training goals and objectives, include behaviorally anchored ratings, and capture the required minimum thresholds for successful completion of rotations and the training year.
* Manages the submission of biannual evaluations and maintains records for the periodic reporting to the APA.
* Conducts targeted outreach to local and national academic institutions, promoting the training program and cultivating professional relationships to enhance program visibility and diversity.
* Provides direct clinical supervision to psychology interns and/or externs, as assigned, including regular feedback, performance evaluations, and documentation in accordance with APA supervision guidelines.
* Perform other clinic or division duties, such as providing clinical consultation to internal and external agencies, and engage in clinical research projects, as assigned by the Chief Psychologist.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an American Psychological Association-accredited psychology program from an accredited college or university, three (3) years of post-internship experience in a role that requires the application of established scientific methods and principles of professional psychology, and two (2) years of supervisor experience.
Satisfactory completion of all the requirements for the doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology is required.
Graduation from the DC Court's Management Training Program may be substituted for one (1) year of supervisory experience. You must provide documentation of your management training (i.e., a copy of the certificate) with your application.
Must possess or be able to obtain within 180 calendar days of appointment, a valid license to practice psychology in the District of Columbia Courts. The incumbent is solely responsible for covering the cost associated with licensure and the requirements to maintain and ensure it is active and up to date.

Who You'll Work With
This role will work closely with the engineers, product owners, and other solution/domain architects within the Digital Collaboration Portfolio mostly focused on M365 environment. The base salary range for this role begins at $144,000.00 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $188,000.00 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
