Strategy - In the last three roles repositioned organization from selling 80-year-old legacy products to selling solutions. Redefined value proposition. Shifted the strategy to focus on value creation for building owners, contractors. With IDEX developed unique water pumping system using gas burn off of oil rigs.

Organic Growth - In every role for the past six years took market share and grew in shrinking markets. Accelerated margin performance through innovation, new product introduction and refocusing sales strategies. In several segments locked out the competition for two to five years. Online Marketing - automated the specification for construction project resulting in eCommerce sales growth of $20M (73% CAGR)
