Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support our Onsite services clients at ARC Physical Therapy+. In this role, you will: * Provide onsite services such as ergonomics, early intervention, job analysis, Post Offer Employment Testing (POET), drug testing, data entry, supply ordering, scheduling, reporting, and other duties as assigned. * Accurately document all care, patient progress, and communication with internal and external team members in a timely and efficient manner. * Maintain written, in-person, and phone communication with employers, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary care team. * Understand and apply Workers' Compensation, OSHA, EEOC, and ADAAA regulations as they relate to uninjured employee care, documentation, and treatment. * Educate and motivate clients in early intervention and injury prevention strategies, including workplace stretching programs. * Participate in community engagement, marketing efforts, and conference events to support strategic initiatives and therapy referrals. * Support the preparation and upkeep of therapy equipment and treatment areas. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Graduate accredited Athletic Training program * Current Kansas ATC credential and CPR certification * Travel requirement of 75%+ of the weekly schedule * Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and problem-solve as needed * Strong ability to stand and drive for extended periods * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Basic PC and EMR system proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.) * Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality * Working Conditions: This role may require evening, early morning, night, and weekend availability based on onsite scheduling needs.
