We work among agile development/delivery teams to test and deliver custom software used by Parametric business users and customers
We are integral to ensuring software and system quality through understanding business requirements, test planning, test automation, test execution and acceptance testing
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing proprietary software solution, design, build and support of Test Automation software. You will be integrated with a project Team to deliver strategic and tactical enhancements to Parametric's proprietary software suite. You'll also collaborate with other technology teams in the organization as necessary, including Infrastructure, DevOps, InfoSec and Release Management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement and maintain Test Cases and Test Plans for Parametric's proprietary software
Design, implement and maintain Automated Test Suites for Parametric's proprietary software
Perform functional, exploratory, user acceptance testing and automated testing as part of Software Development Lifecycle and Release Process
Provide thought and practice leadership in Testing excellence among Software Development and Testing peers
Strive to develop and conduct software testing with high standards, thinking about engineering excellence.
Learn and contribute to development across the entire stack (backend, DB, front end, UI)
Engage in a highly collaborative team environment including business partners and product owners
Contribute to high-velocity delivery with safety; enable agility and iterative changes to the UI and product design
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of software testing and test development experience
Strong communication skills
Well-versed in all testing methodologies (black box, white box, system, functional, exploratory and automated testing)
Ability to quickly understand complex business problems
Proven experience building high quality and comprehensive test plans and test cases custom software
Proven experience testing web applications, web apis and data driven applications
Proven experience designing and implementing automated test suites
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience in an Agile delivery environment
Strong SQL coding and debugging skills
Experience with service oriented architectures a plus
Experience with cloud platform services a plus

Salary range for the position: $78,000 - 140,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $48,000 and $78,000 per year at the commencement of employment. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Analyst, Senior Analyst and Associate roles are responsible for working closely with Client Relations Representatives and Senior Client Relations Representatives in order to support the maintenance of client accounts and relationships within the firm.
Primary Responsibilities
* Support the maintenance of existing client accounts.
* Assist with team projects and initiatives.
* Establish familiarity with internal systems to respond to client requests - asset values, status updates, tax efficiency, account performance, etc.

Job Requirements

* 0-4+ years proven experience working with financial services advisors / money managers.
* Introductory experience with registered investment advisors (RIAs), the Family Office community, separate accounts, unified managed accounts (UMAs), tax-efficient products, and/or indexes a plus.
* Relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
* Keen interest in and understanding of investment products and financial instruments such as equities and fixed income.

The Client Onboarding Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for project managing the onboarding of clients into the Securities Services organization. This individual must stay abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Developed communication, diplomacy, and innovative thinking skills are required in order to guide, influence others, and ensure adequate oversight, monitoring and control of our client and internal business partners. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy. Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating. Manage and reporting control issues with transparency. Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project deliverables. This individual must deliver superior customer service and resolution of customer issues throughout the client onboarding
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the overall project management in the Securities Services space, and managing cross-functional relationships.
+ Responsible for ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and interaction throughout the client onboarding efforts , internally and externally
+ Determines overall project timeline, governance structure, and most efficient plan to onboard clients amidst variables to the deal won and requirements identified
+ Develop and maintain solid project communication plan
+ Collaborate with our operations partners to coordinate client onboarding due diligence
+ Partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels in setting strategy and priorities.
+ Ability work with our business partners to analyze and solution complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact
+ Understands client requirements and ensure sound oversight, monitoring, control and reporting is in place as they are implemented.
+ Successfully manage, communicate and resolve issues, challenges and concerns raised during the onboarding effort. Serve as the escalation point of contact for project related deliverables. Maintain project risk management protocols and governance
+ Effectively manage scope creep. Ensure project changes management protocols and governance is leveraged
+ Ensure regular, accurate and transparent project status reporting, internally and with our client as phases of the project require
+ Completing post implementation review and handoff of the client relationship and service
+ Collaborate with our partners to document project lessons learned. Ensure key opportunities for improvement are implemented
+ Maintain robust knowledge in Securities Services industry, and Citi's services and solutions
+ Monitors customer satisfaction and service level and drives process changes. Provides innovative solutions to clients and ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls.
+ Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls through various processes and check points. Identifies means to reduce transaction defects (internal and external). Efficiently and effectively manages new projects and ensures smooth cutover with minimized risks.
+ Builds strong relationships with internal and external constituents, influencing them to contribute to the success of the business.
Qualifications:
+ Experienced project and process management skill in complex, global environment
+ Previous experience in Custody or Fund Accounting and Administration
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external business partners.
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
+ Proactive and able to work and learn independently
+ Flexible to work in accordance to demands a specific client onboarding requires.
+ Ability to focus on high quality delivery and priorities in stressful situations
+ Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established
Education:
+ Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree

The Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services
+ Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
+ Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks
+ Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary
+ Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower level analysts
+ Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
+ Responsible for overall operating system applications
+ Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

+ Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
