ABOUT THE ROLE
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing proprietary software solution, design, build and support of Test Automation software. You will be integrated with a project Team to deliver strategic and tactical enhancements to Parametric's proprietary software suite. You'll also collaborate with other technology teams in the organization as necessary, including Infrastructure, DevOps, InfoSec and Release Management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement and maintain Test Cases and Test Plans for Parametric's proprietary software
Design, implement and maintain Automated Test Suites for Parametric's proprietary software
Perform functional, exploratory, user acceptance testing and automated testing as part of Software Development Lifecycle and Release Process
Provide thought and practice leadership in Testing excellence among Software Development and Testing peers
Strive to develop and conduct software testing with high standards, thinking about engineering excellence.
Learn and contribute to development across the entire stack (backend, DB, front end, UI)
Engage in a highly collaborative team environment including business partners and product owners
Contribute to high-velocity delivery with safety; enable agility and iterative changes to the UI and product design
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of software testing and test development experience
Strong communication skills
Well-versed in all testing methodologies (black box, white box, system, functional, exploratory and automated testing)
Ability to quickly understand complex business problems
Proven experience building high quality and comprehensive test plans and test cases custom software
Proven experience testing web applications, web apis and data driven applications
Proven experience designing and implementing automated test suites
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience in an Agile delivery environment
Strong SQL coding and debugging skills
Experience with service oriented architectures a plus
Experience with cloud platform services a plus

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $115,000 per year at the
commencement of employment. ABOUT THE TEAM
The operations department ensures all onboarding and lifecycle processes of our client's accounts are well managed, resulting in an excellent experience with the Parametric product line. The team provides contract, regulatory and operational support during the onboarding and life of institutional derivatives clients, along with other services to ensure the client experience is as smooth and effective as possible.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is on the Documentation Team, and will support client and third-party contracts primarily for institutional derivatives clients, client onboarding and new account setup. The role will work closely with legal, portfolio management and operations teams to onboard and maintain client accounts and documentation across the life of a client, and facilitate necessary setups and documentation to trade derivative products, including investment management agreements, broker agreements, ISDAs and trade confirmations.
This role requires strong time management skills, excellent communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on process improvement and risk analysis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare draft agreements and other client documentation for institutional derivatives investors. Coordinate efforts with Parametric's internal legal counsel, understand and resolve complex issues and present final documents. Specific documentation may include investment management agreements, derivative trading agreements (including ISDAs, futures and options agreements, and repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements), limited partnership agreements and other fund offering documents, non-disclosure agreements, and ISDA trade confirmations.
* Review and update client specific documentation during the client onboarding process and throughout the life of the client; understand client-specific contract terms and requirements.
* Communicate directly with brokers and trading counterparties to facilitate opening of new client accounts; complete internal setup of client and trading accounts.
* Work closely with Parametric's trading, operations, compliance and business development professionals across multiple office locations; expedite outstanding issues with a sense of urgency, and provide regular status updates and prioritization to meet client and/or internal deadlines.
* Review complex regulations and updates, research client-specific legal issues required for servicing the relationship, participate in firm-wide working groups and industry calls, and communicate results clearly to the business.
* Review ISDAs, ISDA amendments and master confirmation agreements; assist clients with regulatory requirements during ISDA onboarding, work with trade counterparties and review trade confirmations.
* Have primary responsibility for the maintenance of client files and the retention of documents, making use of technology to ensure access to current documents is efficient and secure.
* Review and update team policies and procedures.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $48,000 and $78,000 per year at the commencement of employment. JALA seeks a full-time attorney for its Intake Unit in our downtown Jacksonville office. Applicants should have 1 to 4 years of legal experience in housing, consumer, family law, estate planning, and/or employment law. This job is a hybrid position with days of remote work and in-office coverage rotation, after an in-office training period.

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administration of walk-in applicants and emergencies, perform intake interviews in person and by phone for applicants, and assist in screening of clients for eligibility for full representation.
Support units with rotation on intake calendars on dedicated days and times.

* Participating and presenting on Sanctions issues at Business Risk and Management committees, providing credible challenge, and advising Citi businesses on sanctions matters.
* Managing a dedicated team for the sanctions' compliance review of clients and client activity as well as escalations of risks identified in KYC onboarding and renewal questionnaires.
* Managing the monitoring and specialized review of sanctions risks associated with specific clients, sectors, or geographies to advise the business on appropriate sanctions risk management measures.
* Managing a process for the review of sanctions-related enhanced due diligence as part of client onboarding, renewal, or episodic reviews.
* Executing other activities required by Citi's Chief Sanctions Officer or the Banking Sanctions Head.
Qualifications:
* 10 years+ experience in the Financial Services Industry and/or government.
* Graduate degree, BS or concentration in Business Administration, Legal and/or Finance. MBA a plus.
* Sanctions SME with proven track record in managing sanctions programs in complex organizations.
* Leadership skills including ability to work effectively and drive results with a virtual global team.
* Experience managing diverse teams, and comfort navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
* Knowledge of the U.S. and/or European Union/UK regulatory environment.
* Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized.
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
