Purpose
The Senior Training Specialist for Inditex US & Puerto Rico plays a pivotal role in the effective execution and continuous improvement of learning and development programs for both retail and corporate teams. This position is responsible for implementing training initiatives, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of talent development. This role collaborates closely with HR partners to localize and deliver development programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support internal growth. This hands-on, detail-oriented role is essential in driving the successful rollout, measurement, and enhancement of training activities that align with Inditex's business priorities and values.
Key Responsibilities
PROGRAM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Collaborate with the Training & Development Manager and HR partners to design and update training programs, workshops, and learning materials for retail and corporate audiences.
Localize global Inditex learning initiatives and adapt content to meet the needs of US & Puerto Rico teams.
Research and recommend innovative learning methodologies, digital tools, and best practices.
TRAINING DELIVERY & FACILITATION
Co-facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, onboarding sessions, and leadership development programs.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external training vendors and consultants, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support DEI partners in delivering inclusive and impactful learning experiences.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION
Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
Collect and analyze feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on learning outcomes, participation, and impact.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) & ADMINISTRATION
Manage day-to-day operations of the internal LMS including course uploads, user management, and troubleshooting.
Track training completion, maintain accurate records, and generate usage reports.
Support budget tracking and resource allocation for training initiatives.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT & CAREER GROWTH
Assist in annual talent reviews, succession planning, and career development campaigns for the store population
Maintain and update resources to support internal growth and employee growth.
Coach employees on available learning paths and career opportunities.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and employees to promote a culture of learning.
Communicate program updates, schedules, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Represent the training function in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years in learning & development, talent management, or HR, ideally in a retail or corporate environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business, or related field. Certifications in instructional design or facilitation are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Facilitation: Experience delivering training to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and report on training data and feedback.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Annual compensation range:

About the Role
The Homebuyer ProgramSpecialist reports to the Homebuyer Programs Manager and is critical in the success of our First-Time Homebuyer programs. This position will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, lenders, and community partners, and will represent Housing Trust at various events. Manage interest forms and pre-screenings for homebuyer programs:

Manage a caseload of clients interested in becoming homebuyers.
Inform homebuyers about program guidelines and requirements; and educate them about the home purchasing process and mortgage financing with our down payment assistance programs.
Provide one-on-one education and guidance to applicants at every stage of the process from pre-screening to application submission, obtain any missing or incomplete information; and assist with filling out disclosures or help with uploading documents on the secure platform.
Create and maintain up to date and accurate records of homebuyer interaction, progress, and outcomes in customer relationship management (CRM) database and provide various reports.
Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to ensure a seamless and effective onboarding process of applications.
Answer general inquiries about the homebuyer programs, including eligibility requirements, qualifications, benefits, and application process from homebuyers, realtors, lenders, and other community housing partners.
Presentations, Webinars/ Workshops, Outreach and Marketing

At a minimum, a successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in human services, business, housing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in affordable housing, mortgage lending, real estate, housing counseling, or homebuyer education (nonprofit or financial institution experience strongly preferred) or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Possess a good understanding of housing counseling program components, mortgage lending basics, the home purchasing process and local, state, and federal down payment assistance programs and resources.
Strong computer literacy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point, and familiar with CRM (Salesforce) and File Sharing (Box) systems, and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

Must be able/willing to be on-call 24/7.

Job Summary
COMHAR is seeking a skilled and dedicated ProgramSpecialist to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or behavioral health needs. You will work closely with participants, families, and staff to ensure services are delivered effectively, promote independence, and support each individual's dignity, well-being, and community integration.
The ProgramSpecialist is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned consumers. This role ensures services meet individualized support needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and promote consumer growth, independence, and well-being. The ProgramSpecialist works closely with consumers, families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete initial, annual, and revision assessments for assigned caseload.
Identify individualized consumer support needs for direct supervision or unsupervised periods.
Disseminate assessments to ISP team members at least 30 days prior to meetings for ISP development or revisions.
Provide training to DSPs on consumer Support Plans, including medication protocols, before working with the consumer.
Participate in development, review, and revision of ISPs, ISP Annual Updates, and all ISP revisions.
Attend ISP meetings, annual updates, and revisions; serve as Plan Lead when a Supports Coordinator is not assigned.
Review ISPs quarterly (or more often as needed) and report content discrepancies to the Supports Coordinator and team members.
Implement ISPs as written, supervising and evaluating services and outcomes, and recommending revisions when necessary.
Review, sign, and date monthly documentation of consumer progress toward ISP outcomes.
Report changes in consumer needs to the Supports Coordinator and team members.
Disseminate quarterly ISP review documentation and recommendations within 30 days and inform plan team members of the option to decline the review.
Coordinate consumer services and ensure training of DSPs on health, safety, and programmatic needs.
Develop and implement component services supporting advancement in life skills, employment, or other goals.
Ensure compliance with DPW 6400 regulations for medication management, site safety, and training requirements.
Maintain accurate consumer records in HIRS, ensuring all Medical and Programmatic Books are current.
Monitor the EIM system to ensure incidents are resolved per applicable regulations.
Support the behavioral component of the ISP, including adherence to the Human Rights Team process.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Associates or 60 college credits with have at least 3 years related experience in ID required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
Current PA Driver's License; satisfactory driving record; eligible to operate program vehicles.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or autism.
Knowledge of ISP development, regulatory requirements, and consumer-centered service delivery.

· Provide regular on-site coaching and mentoring to teaching staff, assisting them in all education-related areas, including, but not limited to, classroom management, lesson planning, adhering to the daily schedule and individualization.
· Ensure that child/staff ratios are always met by staying fully staffed, having a healthy pool of substitutes as well as classroom volunteers.
· Ensure that classroom/learning environment activities include all areas of learning, including language, cognitive, social-emotional, pre-literacy, pre-math, fine motor, gross motor, etc.
· Partner with Child Care Provider to provide consultation in the area of education and child development.
· Work in partnership with the other content areas in order to provide comprehensive services to children and families.

· Provide training to parents on effective parenting skills as well as developmentally appropriate practices and other areas of child development and education.
· Provide ongoing monitoring to ensure that all learning environments and playgrounds are safe, developmentally appropriate and set up to facilitate learning.
· Work with center staff to facilitate a successful process to transition children and families into Early Head Start/Head Start as well as out of Early Head Start/Head Start.
· Develop and implement an outcomes measurement system; analyze the results and adjust training and mentoring according to the needs of the teaching staff.
· Partner with all staff in order to get all centers NAEYC-accredited (or the State equivalent)
· Collect data, prepare reports and establish tracking systems in order to create and maintain an effective and efficient education content area.
· Perform all related work as assigned
