His forward-thinking leadership has guided the company’s tremendous growth: from $50M in annual EBIDTA in 2009 to nearly $400M in 2018. Bryan served as president of U.S. Silica from 2011-2020 and as CEO and a member of the board of directors since 2012. Before that, he was SVP of sales and marketing from 2009-2011. During Bryan's tenure, the company added new business lines, including Oil & Gas Proppants, EP Minerals and SandBox Logistics, solidifying its reputation as a valued innovation partner that develops and delivers unmatched offerings to customers. The company is now an industry leader with a reputation for bringing high-quality, custom products to market faster and more effectively than the competition. Before U.S. Silica, Bryan held key leadership roles at the E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company from 1983-2009, including global business director and global sales director. Bryan earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware.

He has worked as Industrial Eng Director at Mars, Vice President Operations at CAMPBELL SOUP CO, and VP:Operations at US SILICA HOLDINGS INC. Mike attended University of North Texas between 1990 and 1992, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1982 and 1986.

Donald A. Merril is an EVP & Chief Financial Officer at U.S. Silica Company.

Lynnette provides progressive HR support and internal consulting to the CEO and Senior Leadership team, ensuring alignment between functions, business units, and corporate practices, as well as driving organizational design, development, and effectiveness work across global teams.
