We're looking for a Cleared Derivatives Product Manager to:
As part of the Financing Clearing Crew:
* Co-develop a clear product strategy, vision and roadmap with the Pod Product Owner and wider Pod/Crew members. This covers Exchange & Regulatory Mandatory Projects, Business and Operational demand, Modern Tech and any other demands in the Market & Evolution Pod
* Act as Product Manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers, engineers and business users
* Ensure the product is being analyzed and assessed, tested and communicated to the business, market working groups and any relevant end clients users. Key to be able to gain the relevant client and business demand insights and operational readiness needs, before testing and go-lives
* Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from a technical and also non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, efficiency)
* Support Pod Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
Cleared Derivatives Product Management responsibilities:
* Set and deliver on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs for the Global Exchange Trade Derivatives (ETD) Operations function
* Collaborate with COO and Operations to deliver the Target Operating Model
* Attendee at relevant Data & Metrics IB Operations (IBO) Forums. Deliver strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) connectivity to IBO Dashboard
* Understand ETD Operations cost allocation model and identify/present operating model opportunities and cost reductions
* Collaborate with ETD Business to showcase analytics as part of new business pitches and retention meeting
* ETD Data & Metrics KPIs submissions, economic profitability Quarterly Analysis, Service Billing, UBS ESE Vendor KPIs
* Industry and peer benchmarking, awareness of market direction of the product
F2B Product Management Operations responsibilities:
* Utilizing new data points to develop enhanced dashboard and analytics opportunities; Define future requirement / opportunity for intraday and end-of-day reporting and end-to-end (E2E) client real-time matching
* Drive ETD Digital Operations strategy and roadmap - covering workflow management, dashboarding and analytics

Your expertise
* A robust understanding of operational processing, operational risk management and client focus within the financial services industry
* A detailed understanding of ETD global markets (for the full product lifecycle)
* Experience in coordinating / chairing calls between various global stakeholder groups including the business, operations and technology forums. Driving collaborative & challenging behaviours between the teams to increase the level of partnership and productivity
* A passion for process & continuous Improvement and the necessary gravitas to be credible with peers and mid/senior management (globally, regionally and functionally), including conducting workshops and interviews. Process optimization experience (Lean and/or Six Sigma knowledge and skillsets are a plus)

Skills and Competencies
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Data Strategy and / or Data Product Management, with at least 5 years directly managing data products and data platforms.
5+ years of direct experience leading and managing a team.
Proven track record in defining and executing a multi-year product strategy for complex, large-scale data assets, preferably in a B2B or Enterprise environment.
Mastery of modern product management and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) at a portfolio level.

Skills and Competencies

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director of Strategy, Change Management, and Communications to join our People & Culture team. This role is located in New York.
In this high-impact role, you will partner with senior People leaders and business executives to define and execute an enterprise-wide People and Change Strategy, elevate the employee experience, and align organizational priorities to business outcomes. You will lead a team, architect systems and processes that enable scalable change, and drive clear, compelling executive-level narratives that foster alignment and momentum. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in strategy development, change leadership, organizational design, and executive problem solving, with a proven ability to translate complex goals into actionable plans and measurable results.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
People Strategy and Advisory
Define and maintain People Strategy aligned to business goals and BNY's strategic pillars.
Translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly priorities; facilitate annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Identify strategic bets, dependencies, and resourcing needs; align priorities across People Team and business units.
Establish governance routines / management system and decision frameworks to ensure disciplined execution.
Use insights (engagement, sentiment, performance, attrition) to recommend course corrections and drive measurable outcomes.
Change Management Strategy and Implementation
Develop end-to-end change strategy and governance for People initiatives (org design, talent programs, culture, manager enablement).
Build integrated change plans: impact assessments, readiness checks, risk analysis, adoption metrics, and sustainment plans.
Tailor change approaches by audience segment; measure adoption and proficiency and address gaps with targeted interventions.
Drive continuous improvement in People operations through simplification, automation, and standardization of processes and systems.
Build the brand of the People Team as a critical driver of enterprise transformation and change
People Communications Strategy and Implementation
Create executive-level narratives, board-ready materials, and business cases connecting People outcomes to enterprise performance.
Design communication frameworks, cascades, and core messaging for major initiatives; ensure consistency across channels.
Partner with Corporate Communications on enterprise campaigns; coordinate timing, channels, and measurement.
Produce leader toolkits, talking points, FAQs, and training materials to enable clear and consistent message delivery.
Establish feedback loops and pulse checks; iterate communications based on sentiment and engagement insights.
Coach leaders on communication effectiveness; elevate clarity, alignment, and momentum.
Stakeholder Engagement, Enablement, and Influence
Build relationships and influence across People Team, Engineering, Product, Marketing & Communications, and other enterprise stakeholders
Design and deliver enablement for managers and employees (toolkits, training, office hours) to drive adoption and behavior change.
Plug into the enterprise listening strategy framework and convert feedback into actionable improvements.
Ensure compliance with policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Leadership and Operating Excellence
Lead a lean yet high-performing team with clear goals, development plans, and performance standards.
Define success measures, dashboards, and scorecards; run quarterly reviews and track benefits realization and ROI.
Model BNY's principles and embed them in strategy, change design, and team culture.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
10 plus years of experience in People Strategy, EX Strategy, Organizational Strategy, or Transformation and Change, ideally in large, complex organizations.
Expertise in Change management and communication
Demonstrated success shaping enterprise-wide People or EX strategies and translating employee insights into business outcomes.
Strategic systems thinker with strong business acumen, able to identify root causes and future-oriented solutions.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
Comfort operating in matrixed and fast-changing environments, with high autonomy and strategic visibility.
Bonus: experience with employee analytics platforms, journey orchestration tools, employee listening strategies, or People Product strategy.

Position Description
PIMCO is seeking a Marketing Automation Product Manager to serve as a subject matter expert for our Adobe Marketo instance. This individual will lead the day-to-day oversight of Marketo while also partnering closely with business and technology to shape the long-term automation vision, strategy and roadmap.
The ideal candidate is a Marketo Master Architect with deep technical expertise in platform administration, workflow optimization and system integration as well as marketing strategy and lifecycle execution. They bring proven experience implementing platform improvements, automation best practices and platform integration strategies that have delivered measurable impact in past roles.
This individual will champion, shape and scale a unified global marketing automation strategy that aligns with regional nuances and drives consistency across a global organization - simplifying complex concepts, driving adoption of best practices across regions, and ensuring platform decisions support both strategic marketing goals and operational efficiency.
In this role you will work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to ensure digital marketing teams are well equipped to plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and automation strategies including lead generation, segmentation strategy, nurture programs and lifecycle optimization strategies. Striving for operational excellence, you will gather requirements from marketing stakeholders and partner closely with technology to develop optimal platform workflows for automation and to ensure an efficient and effective global operating model.
The position is based in Austin, New York or Newport Beach and reports to the Head of Global Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Drive Innovation: Drive innovation in marketing automation strategies, leveraging new features within Marketo, evaluate and pilot emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, to enhance automation capabilities.
* Own the Marketo Roadmap: Work with technology teams to prioritize integrations, product enhancements and process improvements and create roadmap visibility to the broader organization.
* Workflow / process optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize Marketo workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance program templates/campaign connectivity to enhance and enable true multi-channel marketing synchronization.
* Strategic alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing automation strategies with business objectives - including refinement and best use case of lead scoring models to reflect evolving priorities and enable accurate persona creation.
* Data strategy & Insights: Partner with global analytics and digital marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation programs and ensure consistent reporting across global campaigns. Act as SME for the email tagging framework to ensure effectiveness and minimize disruption by conducting impact analysis, coordinating changes with global email vendors, and implementing updates across platforms and process documents.
* Champion best practices: Implementing global best practices to execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and other marketing initiatives within Marketo. Document standard operating procedures to train and support regional marketing teams on Marketo capabilities, campaign optimization, and automation best practices.
* Risk management: Oversee governance and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) including user access, data hygiene, and change management protocols across regions.
Position Requirements
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* At least 10 years of experience working with Marketing Automation platforms and multiple years specifically working in Marketo. Marketo Architect Master Certification is a plus.
* Deep understanding of Marketo's features, functionality, and best practices
* Digital product management or Digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of articulating a vision, executing a strategy, and managing executive-level stakeholders
* Strong proficiency in workflow mapping and process improvement
* Experience in financial services and/or asset management, with a focus on B2B and B2B2C business models
* Experience working in a global context, with an appreciation for navigating risks and challenges across diverse markets.
* Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics and integrating them with Marketo.

* An ability to analyze campaign performance with an emphasis on making data-driven decisions to improve overall strategy.

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
