The expected pay range for this recruitment is $116,000 - $224,200 (Annual).
Required: 10 years of progressively broad and functionally diverse HR experience.
Three years of experience as an HR Manager or Director, supervising others.

Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The incumbent will perform a wide variety of neurodiagnostic studies, including conventional nerve conduction studies, repetitive nerve stimulation, cranial nerve stimulation and autonomic nerve testing.
Will assist the physicians in specialized neurodiagnostic studies in the laboratory at the bedside of patients admitted to the hospital and at the satellite offices.
The incumbent will be expected to take medical histories as they relate to neurological diagnosis, prepare and position patients for the conduct of electrodiagnostic examination, including electromyography.

Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Billing Manager, the incumbent independently performs highly complex and detailed coding for all inpatient and outpatient services, procedures and surgeries for physician's services.

The core discipline of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry is the understanding of the molecular mechanisms that underlie all fundamental biological processes.
To that end the faculty of the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry represent diverse research interests that include structure and synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids, gene organization and regulation, cell signaling, immunology and host pathogen interactions, biochemical genetics, cell and developmental biology, microbiology and virology.
Your Role on the Team Under supervision from the PI, the employee will help with the everyday running of a research lab that utilizes zebrafish as a model system.
Responsibilities in the zebrafish facility will include assisting with a limited variety of tasks that do not require a thorough understanding of the principles involved.
Duties may include basic zebrafish husbandry, keeping records of water quality, updating the computer database of fish lines, cleaning and autoclaving zebrafish glassware and tanks, preparation of media, PCR-based genotyping of animals and screening of animal transgenic lines.
Work with embryos may involve raising embryos, observing their development, screening for fluorescent markers, performing gnotobiotic procedures, performing bacterial associations, and recording the data.

Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The Blood Donor Center currently has three locations: Campus Blood Donor Center, Medical Center Blood Donor Center, and Mobile Collection sites.

The UC Irvine Student Health Center is a comprehensive outpatient clinic staffed with licensed primary care physicians, psychiatrists, licensed clinical social workers, dentists, physician assistants, registered nurse practitioners, and registered nurses.
Medical specialists from various disciplines including dermatology, orthopedics/sports medicine, gynecology, internal medicine, and ENT provide on-site consultation on a regular basis.

Your Role on the Team Under the supervision of the Chief of Psychiatry & Mental Health Services , the SHC Patient Navigator is responsible for supporting, explaining, assisting and coordinating primarily after-visit and some pre-appointment patient services, particularly in complex cases, aligned to the individual case needs as determined by healthcare providers and personnel to support the treatment process for UCI SHC patients .

Student Housing is a self-funded, large and complex campus department consisting of 6 housing communities and 3 support units, with more than 300 staff employees, 300-400 student employees and an annual operating budget of $120 million.
Student Housing provides housing for approximately 9,000 undergraduates, graduate students and their families in over 250 buildings and approximately 3.

Currently, Student Housing houses 51% of UCI's enrolled students (in conjunction with American Campus Communities, UCI's 3rd party housing partner) with a goal of housing 60% as part of the campus Long Range Development Plan (LRDP).
Student Housing also provides maintenance and repair services to student residents.
Your Role on the Team Using knowledge and skills as a seasoned, experienced Student Services professional, performs the full range of duties and responsibilities within a Student Life specialization.
Assesses situations and determines appropriate action or referral.
Works independently under general supervision to provide information and interpretation of complex policies, procedures and regulations.
Identifies and responds to student needs for programs, services, and crisis intervention.
Under the direction of the Associate Director of Residence Life, the Residence Living Coordinator shares responsibility for after hour emergency and crisis response in a diverse community setting.
Assist in the development of community through connecting with residents, supervising student staff, programming, advising groups, managing projects, adjudicating student conduct and administrative duties, this will be a visible and important position in developing the residence community.
Overall responsibilities include the selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of student staff (Resident Advisor and others as applicable, oversight of programming, budget management, counseling and referring students (individually and in groups) assisting with residence hall classes, committee work within housing and with other student service offices; and working cooperatively with other campus agencies such as UCI Police Department (UCIPD), Counseling Center, and Health Services.
The Residence Living Coordinator will assist the Associate Director in the development of the overall Residence Life program within student housing.
This is a Student Housing position, initial assignment is community based, and may be changed depending on departmental needs.
