Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Reporting to the Business Operations & Patient Access Manager, the Radiology Business Operations and Outbound Supervisor provides support within the area of business operations consisting of data analysis, collection, reporting, business intelligence, dashboard maintenance, and provide consult in the analysis of operational, clinical, and financial data within the department of radiology. The incumbent may support data and reporting in various systems, software/ programs and will provide internal department support on an ad hoc basis to the enterprise teams (Rad IT, Epic, Radiant, DSS, Revenue Integrity, etc. ). Provides the leadership, supervision, and coordination of day-to-day operations of the outbound radiology patient access center team, which includes call center outbound and/or molecular imaging scheduling/ authorization team supervision and management. Monitors the operations of a unit and works collaboratively with peers to ensure department goals are met and polices and procedures are followed. Acts as a resource and provides advice and assistance on highly sensitive or difficult Title IX and discrimination matters as well as complex matters of law and policy.
