Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
General/Administrative
Document all customer interactions with detailed notes in the CRM system.
Support the company vision and mission, and demonstrate the corporate core values in all professional activities.
Comply with all OSHA safety requirements, work rules, and regulations.
Compile and maintain all required records, documents, etc.
Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
Communicate out-of-office plans to manager and teammates to ensure uninterrupted customer coverage.

This role is primarily responsible for compliance and continuous improvement activities including safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement within clinical supply Formulation Laboratory and Experimentation (FLEx) Center.
This opening is for the Non-Sterile team in the 880 FLEx Center.
The successful candidate will become an owner and trainer of our manufacturing support processes (safety, compliance, change overs, root cause analysis, continuous improvement program). They will lead the team through continuous improvement projects, along with managing and completing GMP documentation. They will also build a strong team dynamic through continual sharing of knowledge and identification of improvements. Primary Activities
Lead process improvement activities in the oral solid dosage facility
Coordinate quick changeover activities on designated equipment trains
Define and improve standard work, SOPs, BTD, and overall production flow

Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, draft and review process steps, SOP's, quality procedures, safety, and environmental standards.

Essential Functions:
* Under close supervision of the RBM, achieve all territory management, call activity goals and performance objectives for geographical assignment(s) including but not limited to call activity, sample and resource utilization, target reach and frequency, and sales performance.
* Under close supervision of the RBM, maintain proficient knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications.
* Deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers with a frequency based on assigned call goals. Implement the Amneal selling model and process principles, including the DiSC personality profile when engaging with customers.
* Complete pre and post call analysis which positively impacts customer interactions.
* Regularly review and analyze all available sales data and utilize developmental budget funds
* Under close supervision of the RBM, adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
* Develop a daily call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory which may include a certain number of calls per day/week.
* Under close supervision of the RBM, complete administrative reports and meet related deadlines. Ensure proper safeguarding and care for company assets (laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle. etc.).
* Maintain the stated expectations of number of calls per day defined as face-to-face interactions, with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers.
* Enter calls immediately into Veeva System via iPad and check/respond to email daily.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed the U.S. BDB revenue budget by partnering with and enabling the BDB Sales organization with a predominant focus in flow cytometry products.
Develop and influence new customers and maintain contact with existing customers primarily via telephone or virtual/electronic channels, to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
Partner with BDB Field Sales Specialists (Research Reagent and Instrument Sales) for lead sharing and revenue optimization.
Identify and monitor existing opportunities in sales funnel that require nurturing and provide appropriate follow-up.
Manage the Salesforce CRM database for potential customers and contact them regularly.
Support customer BDB product inquiries (i.e., inventory lookup, product expiration dating, order status, logistics, etc.).
Analyze customer revenue and product trends as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years Lab/Flow Cytometry/Life Science experience and/or 1-3 years of customer sales support /account management experience preferably in life sciences required.
Ability to travel to customer sales calls and meetings up to 10-15% annually in multiple US regions; candidates should reside near a large airport.
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.
Demonstrated persuasive consultative selling skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical with financial orientation; able to analyze reports, territory/market, and determine demand generation strategies to target potential clients.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Able to maintain a positive work atmosphere including professional excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products required; SAP, Salesforce, and supply chain systems skills are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum BA/BS in Life Sciences, biology, business, or related field required; MS, MBA and/or PhD are strongly preferred.
Direct flow cytometry and/or bench or laboratory work experience with basic immunology/cellular biology is highly preferred.
