Our house supervisors are responsible for the flow of patients throughout our building, from ED to inpatient and from inpatient to discharge. They are often responsible for conflict management, service recovery and critical thinking in difficult times. RN performs assigned procedures that are within the scope of practice as set forth by the Iowa State Board of Nursing.
