Lack of recognition, accountability, and fair promotion. Management have cliques, and assign unrealistic, and unreasonable expectations, such as hourly paid employees working off the clock to meet unrealistic deadlines.

Set the bar higher for maturity in management. Provide more opportunity for promotion.

Provided an impressive portfolio, including references, resume and certificates/licenses. Went dressed in professional attire. Pulled it all together when they moved the interview time 6 hours sooner.

The patients are the highlight of my position at UF Health. Without their diversity, trust, and commitment, the organization wouldn’t exist. They deserve better care, genuine concern, and more respect then they get from a call canter which pays barely above minimum wage to the first contact in the organization z

Everyone is friendly theres no drama, everyone worked hard and even when the workers where exhausted they still had a smile on their face and made sure the pacients had a great visit.

Nothing, everything was and still is perfect.

I get the privilege to do homework when ever the clinic is slow, and interact with patients.
