Summary

The primary function of a Programmer Technician is to program equipment used throughout the Machine Division, which can include but not be limited to sheet metal fabrication equipment such as punches, lasers, and press brakes, measuring equipment such as tool pre-setters and scanners, and robots. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Creates programs for multiple types of equipment such as CNC lasers, CNC punches, press brakes, stamping presses, robots, scanners, tool pre-setters and other equipment.
Creates set up sheets, procedures and documentation for the manufacturing process.
Communicates and works with pieceworkers, vendors, customers, and internal cross-functional departments.
Works autonomously with limited supervision to perform small to medium sized projects and day-to-day shop support.
Ability to define tasks, estimate completion dates and communicate the status accurately.
Assignments can be routine and non-routine and will typically involve a mix of analysis and hands-on activities.
Typical assignments may include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement new processes for new products and new equipment.
Create/Update equipment programs, SAP routings, BOM's and parameters.
Resolve safety, environmental and ergonomics issues.
Process improvements and optimization.
Perform cost analysis and drive cost reductions.
Evaluate and implement employee suggestions.
Shop support.
Capacity studies.
Quality improvements.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience with vocational training in related field or minimum 10 years of experience in related field with high school diploma or GED.
Excellent organizational skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
Able to troubleshoot and solve manufacturing problems. Attention to detail when needed.
Ability to handle a variety of assignments and changing priorities.
Good computer skills with ability to effectively use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently, cross functionally, or part of a team.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of programming manufacturing equipment with demonstrated performance in the job. Must be able to lift 50 lbs on occassion.

The Controls Software Engineer will initially support active projects and then transition to completing projects directly. What You Will Do
Design PLC software and HMIs for industrial automation equipment

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop multithreaded controls with industrial Real Time Operating Systems and Embedded Linux using C and C++ languages.

Set up and drive governance and steering at all levels (with Senior Leadership Teams), securing an AOS deployment roadmap (architecture, ensure roadmap content) and a consolidated AOS strategy to support the new industrial set up of the line, industrialization, secure the SA ramp up and future rates.
Define overall AOS architecture for new production line from project phase to entry into service, ensuring consistency of AOS across Airbus and new production line, defining the blue sky/future of AOS and operational roadmap (3-5 year vision)
Respond to any question in regards to AOS (philosophy, strategy, tactics, and technique), understand and promote AOS + MES benefits
Improve business efficiency and results achievement by advising plant stakeholders at senior manager level on business priorities and how to make the most of the standards, methods and associated behaviors, the jobholder will identify which AOS standards best match the new production line to achieve the benchmark and best in class manufacturing area.
Facilitate workshops on dedicated topics in complex situations or for training purposes (vision, Hoshin Kanri, macro VSM, kaizen, etc.)
Run and facilitate specific Gembas and shop floor exercises coaching and influencing senior management.
Pilot the AOS standards first implementation in the new FAL following the AOS deployment strategy with a "we do, you do" logic.

Support development of AOS standards to answer the business issues & priorities. As per AOS/Lean brick 6 phase methodology: Stake, Standard way of working, Pilot, Learning solution, Deployment plan and Assessment
Assess standard implementation is at the right level through the implementation checklist
Lead assessments of industrial maturity integrating operations performance & AOS standard adherence
Lead industrial task forces: diagnosis, solution definition and implementation, results achievement
Advise managers on how to improve performance by running specific AOS diagnosis (Macro-VSM, shop-floor observations, etc.)
*Coaching, Influencing and Training: 30%**
Training deployment on AOS for new production line population at all level (Senior Management Team, Management Teams and technician)
Design and provide on-the-job coaching of the AOS deployment architecture strategy with operational and local teams
Design strategies for coaching, mentoring & training in regards to change management, Lean and AOS standards/tools
Provide knowledge transfer in dedicated manufacturing areas/populations to local plant/FAL teams

Job Description:
The CMO Engineering Line Lead position provides leadership, manufacturing support and coordination of the engineering department for the CMO line specific projects. This position ensures that contract projects, equipment functionality, compliance support, and capital expenditures are executed per Jubilant HollisterStier management initiatives, compliance guidelines, the JHS project management system, and the capital budget schedule. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure line specific compliance of the CMO equipment and team with state, local, and federal regulations. This position ensures operations and projects are carried out under adherence to GEPs and cGMPs.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical oversight and leadership to the engineering team roles responsible for their area of responsibilty within the CMO Business Unit.
Drive technical improvements and internal/external responses to equipment and facility observations.
Management of the assigned capital project schedules and budgets.
Assign and oversee engineering projects including internal capital, compliance, and contract manufacturing.
Coordinate and supervise engineering resources to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing for current and upcoming projects.
Ensure designated area, equipment,and engineering infrastructures are compliant to local, state, federal, and international regulatory agencies.
Execute high level projects from conception, consistent with upper management objectives for business growth.
Manage and execute facility and equipment updates to meet company growth and economic objectives.
Support client audits and technical visits.
Effectively communicate project status, constraints and current or potential issues to upper management.
Qualifications:
