After graduating in 1992 from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Doctor Findley returned to Utah to make his home, raise his family, and start his dental practice.
Doctor Mark Pettit graduated from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska in 1994.
He has been working with Ultradent since 1996 and is currently manager of their clinical affairs department and involved in product development.
Doctor Beolchi graduated in dentistry from the University of São Paulo,Brazil, in 2000.
He has maintained a private practice since 2001, working mainly in esthetic and cosmetic dentistry.

Three years later he got his PhD from UNICAMP, SP. He pursued his post-doctoral in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2014.
Since 2019, Doctor Jessop has been Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Ultradent Products, Inc. and is currently working towards an EMBA.
