We are seeking for a highly motivated full-time summer intern to apply advanced modeling and simulation techniques including translational modeling and quantitative systems pharmacology/toxicology modeling to enable quantitative translation of literature, in vitro and preclinical data to inform the drug design, clinical dosing regimen and optimal therapeutic windows of therapeutic agents. The Opportunity During the project, the intern will become familiar with Genentech's workflow for quantitative systems pharmacology / toxicology (QSP/QST) model development and its contributions to clinical drug development key decision making.
