Envision Imaging is adding a PRN Ultrasound Technologist to Envision Imaging of Flower Mound $39.70 - $51.15 Summary/Objective: Performs ultrasound procedures to adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Assists radiologists during specialized exams to obtain images at a satisfactory level with minimal supervision. Essential Functions 1. Interfaces with patient to ascertain medical history and provides instructions and explanation of the procedure and/or exam to obtain the best possible image. 2. Reviews patient charts for missed clinical information and/or consent. Screens patients for surgical and other implants, contrast allergies, etc. 3. The Ultrasound Technologist performs all ordered Duplex Ultrasound scans and assists the physician or provider in performing procedures for patients suffering from chronic venous insufficiency.
