Ability to perform advanced procedures such as biopsies and thoracenteses.

Familiarity with identifying advanced anatomy and assisting with invasive procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program.

Prior experience in OB/GYN and abdominal ultrasound preferred.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work a 10-hour day shift from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Willingness to participate in a call schedule (2 days/week, 7:30 PM-7:00 AM).
Physical ability to lift, transfer, and position patients and equipment over 50 lbs.
Compliance with bloodborne pathogen protocols.
Willingness to travel and accept assignments across different locations with reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.

The Ultrasound technician will complete the imaging examination according to the study protocol and company policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs examination according to study protocols and good clinical practices (GCPs) for each individual study.
Provide explanations of examinations, answering questions and offer chaperones to patients in accordance to the company's policies and procedures.

Provide all proper electronic and paper documentation according to the company's policies and procedures.
