Primary Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, musculoskeletal, neck, and chest.
Operate ultrasound equipment and use independent judgment to assess image quality.
Assist in interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, and catheter placements using sterile techniques.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other departments.
Input patient data into CPRS and Radiology Vista systems and transmit images via PACS (AGFA experience preferred).
Maintain exam room, equipment, and inventory of medical supplies.
Prioritize emergency/critical care exams and provide timely service delivery.
Follow protocols for Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) and ensure proper sanitation and disinfection.
Minimum Qualifications
