4) Set up hospital and resident room trays for distribution.
5) Distribute trays to hospital and residents in a timely manner, to appreciate areas.
6) Put away and organize inventory.
7) Wash and sanitize steam table and all other kitchen prep areas and equipment.
8) Maintain and clean cooking counter and various utensils used in food preparation and service.
9) Clean refrigerator and freezer to ensure that food is properly handled and stored.
10) Clean long term care dining room and employee dining room following meals.
Fill salt, pepper, and sugar containers, and condiment holders.
11) Sweep and mop kitchen daily to ensure sanitary conditions.
12) Participate in continuing education programs as appropriate and available.
