Ultimate Care is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Compliance Audit Coordinator to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in ensuring caregiver documentation is compliant with all applicable regulations and is audit-ready at all times. You'll be responsible for reviewing and maintaining employee records, tracking credentials, and managing digital files using various HR systems. Salary: $24.03-$30.00 an hour, based on experience. Requirements High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in HR compliance, auditing, or records management (preferably in a home care or healthcare setting). Familiarity with systems like HHA Exchange, Health Commerce System, CHRC tracking, PaperFlow, and SharePoint. Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Able to manage sensitive employee data with discretion. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
