The Acute Care LPN collaborates with all components of the team and other health care agencies to ensure coordinated, comprehensive services.LPN Requirements: I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Working under the direction of the Practice Manager and/or Practice Coordinator, the LPN will interact with customers in person, by telephone and/or electronically.
