The Ag Relationship Manager leads a team of professional product specialists and they collectively shape solutions that will entice prospective companies to award new business to UMB. What you'll do:
* Conducts financial crimes investigations of external and customer activity.
* Writes clear and concise reports in an accurate and timely manner.
* Communicates with branch, department managers, BSA Officers, and frontline groups as necessary, in researching and investigating cases.

Qualifications:

Position Overview:

Postdoctoral Fellow for Cardiovascular Development and Regeneration
A Fulltime Postdoctoral Fellow position is immediately available in Dr. Deqiang Li's Laboratory, in the Center for Vascular and Inflammatory Diseases at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. This position is supported by a newly awarded NIH R01 grant and an American Heart Association foundational award.
Research in my laboratory is focused on understanding the mechanisms of cardiovascular development and disease. In particular, we are interested in identifying the novel signaling pathways that regulate myocardial development or govern cardiomyocyte differentiation and maturation by using in vitro and in vivo approaches.
Cell and mouse model systems, including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and conditional gene knockouts will be used in these research projects. Many state-of-the-art techniques are employed, such as CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing, AAV, single cell RNA-Seq and ChIP Seq, confocal microscopy, multicolor flow and sorting, surgical models, ultrasonic and telemetric measurements of cardiovascular function in mice.
The University of Maryland School of Medicine was ranked 12th in U.S. News and World Report's 2021 rankings of "Best Medical Schools\: Primary Care", and 34th in "Best Medical Schools\: Research". It is located in the downtown of Baltimore city, part of greater Baltimore-Washington DC area, within 40 miles to the NIH. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****:**
* Prepare early and final loan documents
* Order credit reports, appraisals, title work, environmental reports, etc.
* Compose correspondence, organize and maintains files, and perform additional operational and administrative support duties as requested

* Interview customers to obtain credit and financial information

* Responsible for loan exception tracking and clearing exceptions to include working with the parties involved in the closing such as attorneys, title companies, insurance agencies, etc.
* Involve the loan officer to clear exceptions were needed
* Verify insurance policies and track renewals
* Assist customer with loan and deposit questions
* Key wires for both loan and deposit customers and send notifications to Wire Department
* Answer the phone and assist customers with balance inquiries, transfers, payments, etc.
* Greet customers and walk-ins
* Be knowledgeable about and cross sell all First Bank and Trust products
* Cross sells bank products and services
