Bank Card Dispute Specialist
to join our team. This position will be located in-office in Midvale, UT, and the hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
Your key responsibilities:
· Conduct investigations into disputes of company issued credit and debit cards to determine applicable charge back rights.
· Be responsible for cardholder notifications and issuance of provisional credit.
· Interview clients, merchants, etc. to get needed information to resolve disputes.
· Negotiate or assist with resolutions to disputes.
· Prepare reports, monitor progress and watch for any developing problems.
· Work with cardholders to ensure that losses are minimized.

selected for this opportunity will be working within Real Estate Technical Services to support daily operations across multiple teams. This dynamic position will require the successful candidate to be comfortable with change, development of new skills, and consistently being self-driven to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously within prescribed deadlines. Responsibilities:
The Appraisal Review Manager is responsible for the residential appraisal review area and serves as liaison, efficiency expert and problem-solver between loan production and the residential Appraisal Review Department.
Participates in the automation of the appraisal procurement, review, scoring and system monitoring process to ensure industry “best practices” and provide a competitive advantage.
Manages the daily operations, focusing on increasing reliability, accuracy and efficiencies relating to procurement and review of residential real estate appraisals for consumer and mortgage lending, across all regions.
May be required to perform appraisal reviews.
Develops, administers, and manages the training of the appraisal review specialists, for both direct reports and applicable bank staff.

This Loan Workout team supports Zions Bank and Vectra Bank's large commercial loans from $1M up to $50M or larger and are responsible for the workout of adversely graded commercial loans through the restructuring of debt, negotiation of settlement agreements, pursuit of appropriate legal action and/or the liquidation of collateral. There is a total of 5 people on the team and we offer a good work/life balance with flexible schedules. We offer training on Zions' Credit Foundations program.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to:
* Collects and resolves problems on troubled loans

We are seeking a strategic and Director of Financial Crimes Risk Management leader to oversee our enterprise-wide Financial Crimes Risk Management program. This role serves as the designated BSA/AML/CFT Officer and is responsible for leading efforts to prevent, detect, and respond to financial crimes, including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.
The Director will drive the development and execution of policies, risk assessments, training, and compliance strategies across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in U.S. financial crime regulations (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FCPA), strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with regulators, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise Financial Crimes Unit, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Serve as the designated BSA/AML/CFT Officer, overseeing all aspects of the BSA/AML and Fraud Risk Management programs.
Develop and integrate financial crime prevention strategies across business lines and subsidiaries.
Conduct periodic risk assessments, address emerging threats, and implement training and mitigation strategies.
Interpret and respond to new and evolving laws and regulations; update policies and procedures accordingly.
Act as liaison between corporate and affiliate banks on AML/BSA and fraud matters.
Chair the Financial Crimes Committee and ensure timely reporting to enterprise functions.
Provide subject matter expertise on AML/BSA and fraud risk for enterprise initiatives.
Manage regulatory examinations and audits related to financial crimes.
Oversee team performance, and staffing decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
12+ years of progressive experience in financial services with a focus on BSA/AML and fraud risk.
Strong understanding of U.S. financial crime regulations (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FCPA).
Experience in financial crime investigations and compliance systems.
Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
