Responsible for digital governance, risk, and compliance for digital channels. Develop, lead, and provide oversight of the digital standards, production support issues and digital findings, and remediation plans. A strong people leader managing a team of product and operations managers responsible for enrollment, entitlements, the digital service agreement, accessibility, digital demos, and DocuSign.
Primary Responsibilities:
Establish a comprehensive digital governance framework across all agile teams; ensuring execution of standardized practices, aligning regulatory requirements and organizational risk appetite, and enhancing efficient in digital product development
Partner with first line risk to improve controls to mitigate risk through increasing automation, ensuring testability, reducing vulnerability, and improving overall resilience
Oversee all digital findings and remediation plans; ensure effective risk management, timely issue remediation and resolution, and alignment with the organization's overall business objectives and operational priorities
Manage and resolve escalated complaints or management level issues related to assigned digital products and/or services.
Serve as primary contact for business partners and stakeholders.
Provide input as digital subject matter expert to enterprise-wide initiatives.
Provide risk and operational expertise in department work policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for department policy or procedure changes.
Responsible for business unit continuity and contingency planning and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for sign-off of key controls and reporting of all material risk issues to business risk and compliance, and overall service strategy.
Oversee digital governance and provide support across the enterprise on digital products and services
Support incident management and production support
Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' digital, marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 10 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years' digital, marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience
