About the Role:
Design and produce high-quality and production ready visual designs for various marketing, advertising, and packaging projects, including both traditional print and online design. Work closely with Creative Director, Copywriters, other designers, project managers and internal teams and external vendors to determine and deliver the most appropriate solutions, making recommendations and proposals to meet project specifications. Manage multiple projects and daily tasks from initial concept through final production with attention to details and deadlines. Responsible for day-to-day production design.
Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to discuss business objectives, requirements, and project specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.
Manage multiple projects from small production-oriented tasks to large scale campaigns
Generate creative ideas and concepts, and present them to creative director or account managers, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the designs.
Utilize a wide range of media, including animation, photography, illustration or infographics to create visually appealing and effective designs.
Collaborate with team members, including partners, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive and integrated brand solutions.

About You:

Overview:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the hotel. In today's lodging environment, understanding channel and yield management is critical for maximizing revenues. The Revenue Manager is responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. Responsible for the daily room inventory management process and daily pricing process.

Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency.

Originates residential mortgage loans through solicitation and developing relationships with non-profit housing organizations, real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources. About the Role: Review, analyze, underwrite, and present with appropriate recommendations for applications on multifamily or other commercial real estate (CRE) loans secured by first mortgages on investor owned (non-owner occupied) properties. Perform necessary property and borrower due diligence to ensure analysis of projects and proposed loans are consistent with underwriting guidelines established by Bank. Typical loan size ranges from $10,000,000 - $75,000,000.
Prepare credit requests for submission to credit administration, making appropriate recommendations.
Review and analyze various third-party documents and reports, including property financial statements, rent rolls, appraisals, environmental and engineering data, personal credit, title, escrow, and borrowing entity structures.
Analyze borrower financial statements and tax returns with emphasis on the cash flow of underlying investment real estate.
Determine physical and market condition of multifamily and commercial real estate properties with respect to third party reports, inspections, and through correspondence with CRE Field Underwriters and appraisal review department.
Responsible for the initial risk grading of credits for approval and funding.
Identify strengths and risks of loan requests, including recommendations for mitigating risks consistent with the bank's guidelines, and express reasons for support of the extension of credit.
Identify exceptions to policy, guidelines, and pricing in the Credit Request presentation.
Partner with loan processors to identify title, insurance, zoning, entity, or other issues that require analysis and resolution by the bank prior to approval, documentation, and funding of loans.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.

About You:
Bachelor's degree: In finance, accounting, or other related field.
4-7 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience. May be a combination of processing, underwriting, originating, or brokering sales of loans for commercial real estate. (Required)
Intermediate knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the multifamily and commercial real estate (investor owned income property) lending field.
Display superior analytical abilities, supported by solid credit, lending and transaction knowledge.
Proven ability to analyze financial conditions, financial statements, and tax returns. Experience with complex loan structures a plus.

About the Role:
In this role, you will process and fund bank approved SBA 7(a), USDA, 504 and other government guaranteed loans as assigned by the SBA Closing Director. Work with borrowers, production staff and third parties to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. Collect and review documentation, perform borrower, entity, and loan related searches, perfect loan collateral, and ensure proper documentation of loans as specified and approved by the Bank and the requirements that fall within the Standard Operating Procedures of the Small Business Administration and other Government Guaranteed Loan Programs.
Identify and collect documentation in support of and as specified within the banks' loan approval. Plan tasks and workflows to meet closing deadlines.
Order Flood certifications, IRS Verifications, Site Visit reports CAVIRs, OFACS, UCC Searches and other reports as required. Review insurance documents to ensure proper type and coverage for each transaction.
Verify and determine the amount and source of borrower injection funds.
Review Purchase and Sale Agreements, Real Estate documents, entity documents of potential borrowers and related entities to ensure compliance with bank and SBA requirements.
Prepare lenders instructions and coordinate loan closings with escrow and title companies.
Perform loan related searches on individuals, entities, and collateral.
Responsible for accurate ordering and generation of Laser Pro and SBA documents.
Coordinate closings between borrowers, Bank Associates, Certified Development Companies, and escrow/title companies as necessary. Facilitate loan funding and the subsequent follow up for all post-closing documentation items.

About You:
H.S. Diploma/GED
4-7 years of SBA closing experience and knowledge of SBA loan program requirements or equivalent work experience, required.
