What to Expect
The Cybersecurity Governance Manager plays a critical role in the organization's second line of defense, ensuring policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory adherence in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance across the organization. This role establishes oversight mechanisms, monitors compliance with industry regulations, and ensures access-related risks are effectively managed. In addition, this role ensures governance and compliance strategies are aligned with business objectives and security standards.
What You Will Do
1. Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management
Manage, maintain and enforce security policies, standards and guidelines related to Cybersecurity governance processes.
Develop, implement, maintain and execute a Cybersecurity Risk Register, Policy Risk Exception Process, and Procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify risks, manage remediations, to ensure compliance across business systems, IT Infrastructure, and network operating environments.
2. Cybersecurity Risk Assessment
Perform Global Integrated Security Framework (GSIF) assessments, monitor and ensure remediations are following GSIF ISO 27001 standards across cross-functional departments.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity Risk Management, Cybersecurity Engineering Operations, and IT to ensure security best practices are integrated within each project and system deployment.
Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Reporting
Develop metrics and reporting for senior management and stakeholders that identify security risks and provide actionable insights to address gaps.
Develop and maintain the governance mechanisms and automation tools track the Risk Register, and compliance status across the organization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reporting to manage management performance metrics, risk metrics.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance within financial services with a deep understanding of the IT systems.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management or a related field
Master's degree a plus.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, and ITIL are highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Cybersecurity risk management frameworks, Governance, Risk, and Compliance process, IT general controls (e.g. asset classification, risk assessments, vulnerability and threat analysis, risk treatment, audit controls and remediation, vendor risk management, and IT risk management & reporting).
Working knowledge of Information Security & Risk Frameworks including ISO 27001/2, ISO 31000:2009, ISO 27005:2008; NIST Special Publications and Methodologies (e.g. SP800-12, 30, 37, 39, 53,150, 161).
Working knowledge of California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation, PCI-DSS, FFIEC, SOX, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Basic understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to communicate complex security concepts to business leaders and technical teams.

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, and using a computer. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The Early Stage Collections Specialist II will be responsible for counseling borrowers on methods for bringing their loan current and/or exploring alternative solutions. Assist borrowers that are more than 59 days delinquent and borrowers that are in foreclosure. What You'll Do:
Explains detailed mortgage loan information to borrowers including the HUD Waterfall, mortgage loan information and loan workout and modification options to borrowers.

The Early Stage Collections Specialist II will be responsible for counseling borrowers on methods for bringing their loan current and/or exploring alternative solutions. Contact borrowers primarily in the early stages (1-59 days) of the delinquency cycle and negotiate payment arrangements to bring borrowers current. Assist borrowers that are more than 59 days delinquent and borrowers that are in foreclosure. In the event a borrower is unable to bring the account current, representatives thoroughly review the borrower's current financial situation and offer additional options depending on the circumstance. They also provide support to inbound Customer Service on high inbound volume days. Individual must perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. This role generally performs more involved and complex analysis of accounts. Incumbents are able to perform collections and customer service activities and may still be learning the more complex mortgage concepts and call types. The pay for this position is $22.50 per hour + monthly bonus.
What You'll Do:
Explains detailed mortgage loan information to borrowers including the HUD Waterfall, mortgage loan information and loan workout and modification options to borrowers.
Evaluates and helps determine the borrower's ability to pay and collects appropriate financial information in a courteous and professional manner, striving for first-call resolution and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Counsels borrowers on their options through education of alternative solutions.
Contacts borrowers, utilizing an automated dialing system (Aspect Dialer) for both inbound and outbound calls.
Provide alternatives to borrowers who demonstrate the ability and or inability to pay, by educating them on repayment plans, loan modifications, short sales, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, and/or possible refinancing.
Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements with borrowers, initiate and explain required documents to complete a borrower “Request for Mortgage Assistance” package in compliance with department policies and procedures.
May function as the single point of contact for a borrower.
May need to escalate borrowers to a licensed Loss Mitigation associate for specific workout details.
Provide status on payments and payoff inquiries; review short sale requests; provide vendor information on Real Estate Owned (REO) properties; verify payment history and new servicer contact information; process payments.
Assist with loan servicing website payments, denied access, password resets.
Respond to escrow, loss draft and closing document inquiries.
Provide status on a wide variety of servicing functions including payment/credit disputes, escrow refunds/shortage, loss draft, short sale, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, vendors for REO properties, vendors for REO properties, modification/refinance requests, repayment plans, and additional mortgages activities.

Collection Specialist will be responsible for recovering overdue payments on behalf of the bank, acting as a liaison between the bank and its past due customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work all aspects of collections on delinquent mortgage, consumer and commercial loans
Contact customers via phone, email or mail to develop feasible repayment plans
Coordinate collection efforts with account officer and supervisor
Responsible for preparation and mailing all collection letters
Make follow-up calls and taking other actions to ensure adherence to payment plans to resolve outstanding issues

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

Camera Requirements:
Cameras are required to remain on from the start of training through the end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch periods. After training is completed, camera use will be required as directed by your supervisor or based on team expectations.
Wage:
$15.00/hr plus monthly commission opportunities
Bilingual: $17.00/hr plus monthly commission opportunities
$500 guaranteed monthly bonus for the first 90 days
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, three days from 7:00am - 4:00pm, one evening from 10:00am - 7:00pm, Fridays from 7:00am - 4:00pm with one closing shift per month from 9:00am - 6:00pm, and one Saturday per month from 8:00am - 12:00pm MST.
Note: these hours may vary during daylight savings time.

We are seeking a results -driven Collections Specialist with experience in the construction industry. This role will focus primarily on collecting outstanding payments, reducing aging receivables, managing liens rights, and strengthening cash flow. Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage collections for all customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Monitor and actively reduce AR aging, escalate delinquent accounts as needed.
Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
Work with project managers and clients to resolve billing disputes or payment delays.
Track and manage lien waivers, preliminary notices, retainage, and conditional/unconditional releases.
Coordinate and submit payment applications as needed to support collections.
