DESCRIPTION
In this exciting, fast-paced position, you will be responsible for providing remarkable customer service on behalf of Credit Unions/Banks nationwide by handling primarily inbound calls, as well as occasionally returning messages left by members/customers requesting a call back.
Summary: Service banking transactions on behalf of a credit union or bank by accessing sensitive information and completing the transaction in the various computer platforms. You will be responsible for protecting the account by ID verifying every caller (fraud prevention) along with answering and resolving a lengthy list of banking inquiries (not all inclusive): view and reconcile account and loan related inquiries, online banking issues, transfer funds, reorder checks, use third party platforms to resolve various issues (unblock debit cards, submit loan payments), view and explain why funds are on hold, and provide loan and deposit rates. A Financial Service Representative answers back-to-back calls and typically handles 10-12 calls per hour. You will also provide Product and Service Education to members/customers, as it relates to our Clients and have the opportunity to learn additional skills by cross-training within or outside of your department based on performance and/or business need.
Competencies:
* Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions while clearly and professionally communicating in an accurate and timely manner.
* Mathematical Skills: Ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, and multiply to provide callers with accurate account data.
* Computer Skills: Type approximately 40 net words per minute and have the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
* Physical Demands/Work Environment: While multi-tasking (reading, typing, and listening) the employee is regularly required to sit for an extended time, use a keyboard, and talk to callers via a hands-free headset. The noise level in the contact center is usually moderate, but at times there could be 100 employees on interactions. If working remotely, the noise level is minimal.

The intern will work closely with our Network Analysts, Security Engineering, and Network Engineers with asset inventory reconciliation and helping support day to day operations.
The primary work location for this role will be 200 Arlington Street Chelsea, Massachusetts 02150. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM EST. This position would be expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed.

About the Role
EOTSS is seeking to hire a Network Engineer Intern to join the EOTSS Network Engineering Team. The EOTSS Networking Engineering Team provides reliable Network Services and support to all Commonwealth of Massachusetts customers. The networking services provided by the team include network design, implementation, installation, and management. The Network Engineering Team is especially skilled in and specializes in complex routing configurations, wireless networking, and the use of Visio for creating diagrams in support of the infrastructure. The team provides Tier two support to the Network Operations Team and routinely joins Major Incident conference bridges to help with troubleshooting incidents to their resolution.
The Network Engineer Intern will learn what it is like to be part of day-to-day operations. The intern will observe and participate in various incidents and change management processes. The intern will also have exposure to documentation and diagram updates. The intern will work closely with our Network Analysts and Network Engineers with asset inventory reconciliation.
The primary work location for this role will be 200 Arlington Street Chelsea, Massachusetts 02150. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8\:00AM to 4\:00PM EST. This position would be expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed.
This internship is a part-time opportunity, requiring approximately 22.5 hours per week, though we are open to considering candidates interested in a greater commitment. Applicants must be currently enrolled students at a higher education institution.

Develop knowledge about AgCredit, ACA and the Farm Credit System's operations, products and services and how they relate to the agricultural community. Responsibilities
Interns are expected to:
Learn about the Farm Credit System and AgCredit's administrative operations job functions for various departments.
Develop the skills necessary to execute assigned accounting, reporting, marketing, human resources and training job responsibilities, which may include the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and other database tools.
Complete assignments and projects both as assigned and within the specified timeframe.

The program includes a formal orientation, peer and senior mentor assignments, and formal learning opportunities. In addition to the work assignments within the assigned department, Interns also gain exposure to Associates and senior leaders across the firm through an executive speaker series, networking activities, and engagement with our Business Resource Groups.
Retirement Plan Services (RPS):
Since 1937, our focus has been helping clients plan and save for retirement. Today, we help millions around the world through our results-driven approach. T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services is an experienced, full service recordkeeper for retirement savings accounts such as; 401k, 403(b), 457, defined benefit, and nonqualified plans.
The internship program is designed to provide a preview of the work in RPS Client Services with a mixture of administration tasks and project work to support client relationships. The goal of the internship is to develop operational and retirement plan knowledge with a focus on building relationships and providing superior operational and administrative support for RPS clients.
Responsibilities may include:
Support internal client service and processes including processing beneficiary splits and fee invoices
Create, review, and update internal and external reports
Produce client kits used in client meetings or advisor reporting
Project work across Client Services which may include database cleanup, competitor research, website updates/design, and updating client facing materials
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Qualifications
Full time student pursing a bachelor's degree with and expected graduation date of December 2025 - May/June 2027.
Open to all Majors including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and Political Science
Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Presentation skills
Research and problem-solving skills
Project management knowledge a plus
Interest in support roles in a client facing environment
Opportunities are available in Owings Mills, MD and Colorado Springs, CO.
