About You:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
10 years of experience in compensation (total rewards) and incentive design required.
5 years of compensation manager experience preferred.
Executive Compensation experience preferred.
Professional certifications such as SPHR, CCP, or CEP preferred.
Workday experience preferred.
Experience managing compensation programs for companies with 1,000 or more employees spanning multiple states.

About the Role:
The Data Center Technology Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the Data Centers including all IT related infrastructure systems (Power, HVAC, space and rack systems, cable, physical security, etc.), core infrastructure systems within the data center space (server, storage, virtualization) and cloud hosted server virtual infrastructure. About the Role:
Responsible for leading a team of associates in the delivery of Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the bank of choice in the local community. About the Role:
Acts as a primary liaison with customers, during all phases of onboarding a new banking relationship.
