Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Receive and unload incoming shipments, direct merchandise to the appropriate area. Check against bills of lading and packing slips.
Take inventory of merchandise, check quantity and maintain records of goods received; reject damaged, excess or misdirected goods
Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise, label pallets, process documents, and relocate merchandise to appropriate destinations. Re-label merchandise if necessary.
Receive and process UPS inbound shipments and supply orders. Pick store supply and UPS orders and prepare for shipment.
Perform cycle counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Move merchandise by hand, hand truck or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow.
Move merchandise to staging area, verify SKU and quantity check for damage, and verify that order is complete and process documents.
Verify merchandise order is accurate and complete, stack and wrap merchandise, load in trailer and process documents.
Ensure job assignments are completed accurately and free of damage. Performance will be evaluated through periodic, random audits, and measured against the company accuracy standards.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as assigned.
Conduct job duties in a manner that promotes safety. Complies with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
Operate all equipment in a safe manner. Daily, inspect equipment before use. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Required Qualifications
Experience
: 0-2 years of experience in a distribution center. This is an entry-level position in the distribution center.
Education
: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds continuously throughout the shift, standing, bending, squatting and/or walking for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to read, speak and understand the English language on a basic level
Ability to count accurately and perform basic math

Ability to frequently lift or reach merchandise overhead.
Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for up to 12 hours.
Ability to move throughout the distribution center for an entire shift.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary (e.g. dolly, hand truck, MHE, battery changer, computer or equivalent, etc.).
Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper MHE (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.
Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to process information / handle merchandise in a safe manner, according to distribution center and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Ability to successfully complete all required training and certification.
Ability to drive or operate a vehicle for business needs.
Ability to safely access all areas of the distribution center, including stairs and all levels/floors.

The Lead Processing Agent is an essential role for processing harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. CORE JOB DUTIES
Scheduling resources across multiple activities - deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
Seed-to-sale software adjustments, moves, and transfers
Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
Verifying the weighing and logging of material
Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing workstations.
Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Position Summary
The candidate will be responsible for supporting various activities within B1 Central Services such as planning, material ordering, material inventory controls, and as well manufacturing support and other manufacturing activities to support business needs within central services team.
The candidate will understand, follow, and complete process documentation in support of GMP and demonstrate good housekeeping practices and lean practice understanding.
Hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Position Responsibilities
Work in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Assist as needed with central services group tasks and business needs.
Responsible for maintaining satisfactory supply inventory in central services using Kanban system when applicable.
Develop and maintain measurement and reporting tools to support the effective management of central services and B1 stagging capacities including physical space, and supply inventory.
Responsible of performing ordering of expense-based item using Ariba and SAP within allocated budget.
Perform SAP transaction for material transfer and train the team with respect to SAP transaction.
Support Material Inventories Reporting & Compliance Requirements.
Manage material receiving activities.
Act as a liaison with Production, Procurement, Planner/Schedulers to level resource requirements and mitigate constraints.
Work with procurement and finance groups on new consumable approval.
Manage and coordinate contract off site storage requirements for overflow.
Initiate and lead vendor defect complaints.
Support Procurement and Purchasing groups for returned goods and credits.
Learn and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Assist with SOP updates and change control management.
Use all types of communication (i.e., verbal, phone, e-mail) in dealing with customers, peers, and Team Leader while maintaining a positive and professional attitude as required in the daily operation of the department.
Respond to requests from customers for supplies and information in a courteous and timely manner.
Understand, follow, and complete process documentation in support of GMP.
Understand and follow safety policies as it relates to biological and chemical components and equipment to protect personnel and maintain product quality.
Education and Experience
College degree preferred, minimum High School Degree or equivalent required.
General understanding of microbiology and cGMP preferred.
Technical Skills and Competencies Required
Functional skills:

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to think critically.
Ability to function independently.
Technical skills:
Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
Proficiency in SAP and Ariba
Ability to troubleshoot.
Knowledge in GMP environment

Familiarity with GMP manufacturing process
Knowledge in Trackwise
Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles.
Physical Position Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely.
Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, live steam, temperature fluctuations.
Manual dexterity using hands and fingers.
