This position, in conjunction with the Enterprise Security Team Management, will work with primarily with our Generation Fleet Leadership in order to implement and drive strategic mitigations developed to maintiain the comprehensive security protectioons of our critical infratrusture assets. This role will perform frequent assessments, engage with our Programs team on technological improvement and inovation, leverage risk based security standards, processes to ensure implementation at site. Additionally, this position will deliver various security and metric reports reports, coordinate and deliver site level training, integrate with local authorities, perform detailed investigations and support other activities of the Enterprise Security group. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Complete compliance and metrics reports for all applicable security & crisis management requirements. Key stakeholder in maintaining our holistic security management system and implementing standards at all sites. Develop mitigations based on a reports from a comprehensive OSINT/Intelligence program. Assist in development of Security training material. Establish communication and coordinate on project plans for key program stakeholders at sites. Key contributor to improvement of enterprise wide risk based security standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or related field is required. Experience in building risk based security practices and standards and successfully integrating them within the business. A solid understanding of regulatory programs such as NERC-CIP, CFATS, and MTSA. Experience in industrial/critical infrastructure security, preferred.
