What You'll Do:
Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting personnel and guests according to site-specific policies.
Monitor security-related systems and report any suspicious activity or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any access control issues encountered during the shift.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment for all individuals at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
