Requirements: - Must possess a valid Driver's License and may be required to submit a copy of their driving record. - Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred. - Valid BSIS Guard Card - Ability to operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras and alarms. - Strong observational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. - Physical ability to patrol the premises on foot and respond to incidents quickly. - Must be dependable and punctual. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED is a plus. - Prior experience in security for industrial sites or solar farms. Working Conditions: - This position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. - Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. - Physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs.
