Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.

Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in healthcare, government, or public-facing environments.
No felony or misdemeanor convictions related to drugs, weapons, theft, or violence within the last 10 years.
Must successfully pass a federal background screening prior to assignment.
Strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills.

Position Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older.
* High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
* Security, Law Enforcement, OR Military experience a plus!!
* Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
* Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
* Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
* All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
* Understands the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
* Must have Day or Swing shift availability.
* Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
* Must be able to interact with and greet site visitors, truck drivers, client, or client employees in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
* Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist vendors, truck drivers, public, client, Site Supervisor, and Office Management.
* Must be open to communication and feedback from client, Site Supervisor, and Office Management.
* Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks.
* Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
* Must be able to remain organized and professional.
* Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
* Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
* Must have a personal vehicle, Colorado Driver's License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol - site may not be accessible by public transportation due to shift and/or location.
* Must be able to obtain Pueblo Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
* Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person orientation in Colorado Springs, if position is offered.
