CeLeen is seeking a Junior Logistician to support our USCG Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) client. Responsibilities may include performing the following actions and analysis using data in the Fleet Logistic System (FLS) and applicable standards, but are not limited to:
Determine the extent and acceptability of interchangeable/substitute items and recommend any modification necessary to the equipment.
Determine the effect of changes in maintenance on supply chain.
Assess and advise on the impact of equipment support program efforts Coast Guard wide.
Apply ten (10) elements of logistics to SBPL supported assets.
Draft Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans for systems and equipment supported by SBPL.
Apply principles of Reliability-Centered Maintenance and various standards such as MIL-P-24534 Planned Maintenance System, SAE RCM Standard: JA1011, ABS RCM, and MSG 3 to SBPL supported assets.
Assess and advise on the impact of Coast Guard, Navy, and Other Government Agency (OGA) small boat related programs on current SBPL support practices.
Generate and maintain maintenance standards in FLS, FLS-Mobile Asset Manager (MAM) modules and NESSS.
Generate and maintain maintenance parts information in FLS, FLS-MAM modules and NESSS.
Generate, analyze and alter allowance lists in NESSS.
Provide assistance to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in the execution of various tasks that support the ACMS section with maintaining, developing and analyzing maintenance and supply records in the FLS.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Expected Salary range: $50,000-$58,000

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is typically based in a busy environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Work hours depend on current availability but can include day shift, swing shift and overnight shifts. Weekends and holidays will be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Heavy work: Exerting up to 200 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must have visual and audio acuity to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment, machines such as fire equipment and apparatuses, firearms and clearing barrels.
May be subject to outdoor conditions including extreme temperatures and weather.
Subject to high noise levels.
Subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
May be required to be fitted for and/or wear a respirator.

Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Public Safety & Security, the Special Police Officer, licensed with the SecurityOfficer Management Branch, provides a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors, guests and employees to the property. Special Police Officer performs protective and enforcement functions when coping with undesired behavior, disturbance, crime, threats of life and property. In all situations, the Officers perform their duties in a courteous, professional and restrained manner, through legal methods approved and in compliance with provisions of the District of Columbia Code, Sections 4-114 and 4-115 and company policies. This is a part-time, year round position scheduled to work up to 34 hours per week and is designated as an "essential employee." As such, the Special Police Officer may be required to stay beyond regular work hours and/or report in from off-duty to assist with minimum staffing coverage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Covers the overlap between main shift transitions, vacations, sick days, and leave of absences as needed.
Performs duties in a respectful, professional and dignified manner ensuring compliance with established standards.
Conducts the required patrols as outlined by your Post Instructions and Supervisor Informational Updates in a manner that is investigative, complete, competent and dedicated to the standards of the company.
Responsible for maintaining order on the property, utilizing the respect, care and to the greatest extent possible, positive customer service in dealing with guests, visitors, employees and unknown individuals.
Responsible for ensuring that trespassers and undesirable individuals are kept off of the property, utilizing the legal methods outlined in the provided policies and procedures. Take recommended action to deal with undesired conduct and law violations in compliance with established policy; make no mistaken accusations.
Prepared to take immediate and appropriate action in responding to emergencies, situations and events as situations dictate.
Submit well-written and comprehensive reports setting forth facts of complaints, observations, actions taken and investigative findings.
Advise the Supervisor, On-Duty-Manager of all activities that would be of interest, importance or concern regarding the property or any activity at the Stadium.
May drive full time staff to and from the ballpark on gamedays.
Complete all duties as otherwise assigned in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements: Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma; Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
Two years related experience and/or training.
Must be a U.S Citizen.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Valid Driver's License.

Physical/Environmental Requirements
Job requires employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights. Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Compensation: The projected wage rate for this position is $17.50 - $21.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties outline the primary responsibilities associated with this position. This list is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Perform transportation duties in accordance with PBNDS Standards and Training.
Document all detainee transports, ensuring the safety of detainee records and possessions at all times. Provide trip documentation to the Transportation Coordinator promptly.
Inform the Operations Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator, and/or Project Manager of any route changes.
Obtain all necessary detainee documentation from the transferring facility/agency before departure.
Maintain organized vehicle maintenance and service records in designated binders.
Report any safety-related transportation issues immediately, completing a vehicle repair order for the Fleet Management Supervisor.
Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections on your assigned vehicle before leaving the hub.
Ensure all required equipment is present in your assigned vehicle, including first aid kits, insurance cards, flares, and security devices (refer to the vehicle equipment list).
Arrive for work at the scheduled time assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
If stationed at a guard post, such as a hospital, adhere to Post Orders and hospital protocols.
Carry your guard card, weapons permit, ICE ID, Company ID, and medical card (if applicable) at all times.
Complete a post-vehicle check at the end of your assignment.
Submit any gas receipts to the Fleet Management Supervisor.
Report any accidents, incidents, or injuries related to transportation duties, completing any required incident reports before departure.
Complete a Record of Presence (ROP), equipment, and key sign-in/out sheets, along with all necessary daily paperwork.
Maintain a valid Armed Guard/Firearms permit to perform transport duties. This includes passing periodic firearms recertification; failure to do so may result in reassignment.
The Contractor will certify proficiency quarterly. Training will cover Use of Force, Tactics, Weapon Safety, and Range Qualifications.
All Armed Officers must recertify with their duty handgun according to Federal contract or state requirements, achieving a minimum score of 200 (80%) out of 250 points while demonstrating safe weapon handling.
Be prepared for rotating shifts, as this is a 24/7 contract.
