Crisis Response and De-escalation Utilize SECURE de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques during crisis situations. Apply de-escalation practices within the BHU as directed by the Charge Nurse or BHU Leadership. Assist with physically combative patients in accordance with CMS standards, ensuring patient dignity and safety. Participate in post-incident debriefings for both patients and staff.
