Reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury/death; 7. Driving while intoxicated (DUI, DWAI, DUID) vi) Any applicant who tests positive for marijuana during the pre-employment drug test will not be hired and will be ineligible to be employed within the City of Aurora for one year.
