Address inquiries, concerns, and issues related to school security operations in a timely, professional, and solution-focused manner. Ensure security operations align with district policies, legal requirements, and the district's vision, mission, goals, and priorities. Model and reinforce proactive safety practices, encouraging staff to identify, report, and mitigate security risks before incidents occur. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Education Administration, Business Management or a related area plus an additional five (5) years related experience or equivalent for a total education/experience of nine (9) years.
