Job Overview: The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for their assigned shift. Acts as the onsite security lead, using professional judgement and independent decision-making to oversee all security operations during the shift. Core responsibilities include supervising in-house and third-party security, all matters related to physical security, asset protection, emergency and law enforcement response, de-escalation of stressful situations, and taking a concierge security approach for all departments operating within the fulfillment center. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention procedures. Act as front-line security to effectively monitor and protect company assets. Utilize CCTV to monitor activity and investigate losses Conduct periodic rounds of entire property including all departments, work areas, and parking lots. Capacity to remain calm in hostile or uncomfortable circumstances.
