Clerical & Administrative Support: * Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of visitor sign-ins, deliveries, and participant attendance. * Support staff with filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed. * Ensure all security-related documentation is updated and properly stored. Participant Outreach & Engagement: * Provide guidance and assistance to participants as they enter the facility, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment. * Communicate program policies and expectations to participants in a professional manner. * Assist in disseminating program information, event details, and resources to clients. * Report any participant concerns or issues to case workers or appropriate staff. * Some travel to other CSRI locations as needed.
