Position Duties Serve as a visible presence to deter fire hazards and unauthorized activities. Conduct regular patrols to monitor fire risks, site conditions, and security compliance. Respond to fire alarms, smoke, or unusual conditions that may indicate a fire risk. Control site access through proper admittance procedures. Warn violators of rule infractions and remove unauthorized individuals as needed. Complete Incident Reports and Daily Activity Reports in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to fire emergencies, medical incidents, and other hazards with proper protocols. Maintain proficiency with assigned protective equipment and restraint devices. Physical Demands Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to conduct frequent patrols and inspections. Ability to bend, crouch, climb, and kneel as needed. Ability to lift or adjust objects up to 100 pounds. Adaptability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
