In the event a seal shows signs of tampering or are discovered broken, the suspect cart must be searched for weapons, explosives, and other dangerous devices prior to loading on aircraft. 14. All seals must be stored in a locked container and protected from unauthorized access. 15. Officers may conduct room searches as needed. Traffic and Parking Control: Enforce campus parking regulations, issue citations, tow vehicles, and provide traffic control during events or incidents. Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry for parking and incident report systems, complete reports and projects promptly and accurately. Training: Maintain all required professional and job-related certifications. This position requires driving an SMC Vehicle; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check and possess and maintain a current, valid CA driver's license.
